Provided is a surface treated steel sheet which includes a base metal, and a plated layer formed on a surface of the base metal, wherein an average composition of the plated layer contains, in mass %, Mg: 0.5 to 2.0%, and [60.0≤Zn+Al≤98.0], [0.4≤Zn/Al≤1.5], and [Zn/Al×Mg≤1.6] are satisfied.

Surface treated steel sheet

A hot stamped component, includes: a base material; and a Zn-based plating layer provided in contact with the base material as an upper layer of the base material and containing Zn and Ni. A region of the Zn-based plating layer on a base material side is a Fe—Zn solid solution containing Ni, and two or more twins exist in 10 crystal grains of the Fe—Zn solid solution containing Ni adjacent to an interface between the base material and the Zn-based plating layer.

Hot stamped component

A plated steel sheet for hot stamping including a base metal and a galvanized layer that is formed on a surface of the base metal, wherein the galvanized layer includes a galvannealed layer, a solidified zinc layer, and an oxide layer containing Al, in this order from the base metal, and a proportion of a content of Zn (g/m) in the solidified zinc layer to a content of Zn (g/m) in the galvanized layer is 10 to 95%.

Plated steel sheet for hot stamping

A hot stamped component, includes: a base material; and a Zn-based plating layer provided in contact with the base material as a layer above the base material and containing Zn. A base material side of the Zn-based plating layer is a Fe—Zn solid solution, and two or more twins exist in 10 crystal grains of the Fe—Zn solid solution adjacent to an interface between the base material and the Zn-based plating layer.

There is provided a hot-stamped body including: a steel base metal; and a metallic layer formed on a surface of the steel base metal, wherein the metallic layer includes: an interface layer that contains, in mass %, Al: 30.0 to 36.0%, has a thickness of 100 nm to 5 &#x3bc;m, and is located in an interface between the metallic layer and the steel base metal; and a principal layer that includes coexisting MgZnphases and insular FeAlphases, is located on the interface layer, and has a thickness of 3 &#x3bc;m to 40 &#x3bc;m.

Hot-stamped body

There is provided a hot-stamped body including: a steel base metal; and a metallic layer formed on a surface of the steel base metal, wherein the metallic layer includes: an interface layer that contains, in mass %, Al: 30.0 to 36.0%, has a thickness of 100 nm to 15 &#x3bc;m, and is located in an interface between the metallic layer and the steel base metal; and a principal layer that includes coexisting Zn phases and insular FeAlphases, is located on the interface layer, and has a thickness of 1 &#x3bc;m to 40 &#x3bc;m. This hot-stamped body is excellent in fatigue properties, corrosion resistance, and chipping resistance.

Provided are a surface-treated metal sheet excellent in the adhesiveness to a coating treatment film and weldability and a coated member. The surface-treated metal sheet includes a metal sheet and a coating film placed on at least one major surface of the metal sheet; the coating film contains oxide particles, a binder resin, and electrically conductive particles; the amount of electrically conductive particles contained is 5 to 30 mass % relative to the coating film; the oxide particles include non-doped oxide particles and/or doped oxide particles; the non-doped oxide particles include at least one kind selected from the group consisting of zinc oxide particles, tin oxide particles, magnesium oxide particles, calcium oxide particles, and strontium oxide particles; the doped oxide particles include at least one kind selected from the group consisting of doped zinc oxide particles and doped tin oxide particles; the amount of oxide particles contained is 1 to 30 mass %, but is 1 to 10 mass % relative to the coating film in the case of not including doped oxide particles; and the amount of the coating film attached to the major surface is 2 to 20 g/m.

Surface-treated metal sheet, coated member, and method for producing coated member

A hot-dip zinc-based plated steel sheet includes: a base steel sheet that is a metal substrate; a hot-dip zinc-based plating layer provided on the base steel sheet; and a surface treatment layer formed on at least one surface of the hot-dip zinc-based plating layer, in which the surface treatment layer contains more than or equal to 0.1 g/mand less than or equal to 1.2 g/mof granular oxide per one surface on a metal basis in which, in a temperature range of 900 to 1300 K, standard free energy of formation (&#x394;G) of oxide is smaller than standard free energy of formation (&#x394;G) of zinc oxide and larger than standard free energy of formation (&#x394;G) of aluminum oxide at an identical temperature, and the granular oxide has a particle size of more than or equal to 3 nm and less than or equal to 100 nm.

Hot-dip zinc-based plated steel sheet

[Object] To provide a zinc-based plated steel sheet excellent in coating film adhesiveness after hot pressing more conveniently. [Solution] A zinc-based plated steel sheet according to the present invention comprises: a zinc-based plated steel sheet that is a base metal; and a surface treatment layer formed on at least one surface of the zinc-based plated steel sheet, in which the surface treatment layer contains one or more oxides selected from titanium oxide, nickel oxide, and tin(IV) oxide each having a particle size of more than or equal to 2 nm and less than or equal to 500 nm, in a range of more than or equal to 0.2 g/mand less than or equal to 2 g/mper one surface.

Zinc-based plated steel sheet

[Object] To provide a hot-dip zinc-based plated steel sheet excellent in coating film adhesiveness after hot pressing more conveniently. [Solution] A hot-dip zinc-based plated steel sheet according to the present invention includes: a hot-dip zinc-based plated steel sheet that is a base metal; and a surface treatment layer formed on at least one surface of the hot-dip zinc-based plated steel sheet, in which the surface treatment layer contains one or more oxides selected from zirconia, lanthanum oxide, cerium oxide, and neodymium oxide each having a particle size of more than or equal to 5 nm and less than or equal to 500 nm, in a range of more than or equal to 0.2 g/mand less than or equal to 2 g/mper one surface.

Hot-stamped steel includes: a steel base metal including a tempered portion having hardness corresponding to 85% or less of the highest quenching hardness defined as a Vickers hardness at a depth position spaced away from a surface layer by &#xbc; times a sheet thickness in a case of performing water quenching after heating at a temperature equal to or higher than an Apoint and retention for 30 minutes; and a Zn coating layer formed on the tempered portion of the base metal. The Zn coating layer includes a solid-solution layer including a solid-solution phase containing Fe and Zn that is solid-soluted in Fe, and a lamella layer including solid-solution phase and a capital gamma phase. In the Zn coating layer, an area ratio of the lamella layer is 30 to 100% and an area ratio of the solid-solution layer is 0 to 70%.

Hot-stamped steel

Hot-stamped steel includes: a base metal that is steel including a tempered portion having hardness corresponding to 85% or less of the highest quenching hardness, the highest quenching hardness being defined as a Vickers hardness at a depth position spaced away from a surface by &#xbc; times a sheet thickness in a case of performing water quenching after heating at a temperature equal to or higher than an Apoint and retention for 30 minutes; and a Zn coating layer that is formed on the tempered portion of the base metal. The Zn coating layer includes a solid-solution layer including a solid-solution phase that contains Fe and Zn that is solid-soluted in Fe, and a lamella layer that includes the solid-solution phase and a capital gamma phase. An area ratio of the lamella layer in the Zn coating layer is 20% or less.
