A charging inlet includes a rear holder installed to a housing and supporting electric wires connected to the terminals accommodated in the terminal accommodating chambers. The rear holder includes an inner rear holder and an outer rear holder. In an outer peripheral portion of the inner rear holder, a plurality of outer electric wire insertion portions each having an inner electric wire support surface is provided. In an inner peripheral portion of the outer rear holder, a plurality of inner electric wire insertion portions each having an outer electric wire support surface. The plurality of inner electric wire insertion portions communicates with an outer peripheral side of the outer rear holder through a communication portion. The electric wires are sandwiched between the inner electric wire support surfaces and the outer electric wire support surfaces.

Connector

A terminal equipped electric wire includes an electric wire including: a conductor and an insulating sheath covering the conductor, a part of the conductor extending out of an end portion of the insulating sheath being an exposed portion, a terminal fitting having an electric wire connection portion at a rear side of the terminal fitting, the electric wire connection portion being connected to the exposed portion, a water stop shrinkable tube covering the electric wire connection portion connected to the exposed portion in a watertight manner, a sensor disposed on an outer surface of the water stop shrinkable tube, the sensor contacting the outer surface of the water stop shrinkable tube and a sensor fixing shrinkable tube covering and fixing the sensor on the outer surface of the water stop shrinkable tube.

Terminal equipped electric wire and method of fixing sensor

A connector includes a terminal fitting connected to an end of an electric wire, a housing including a terminal accommodating chamber configured to accommodate the terminal fitting, a temperature sensor connected to an end of a detection line and configured to be attached to the terminal fitting, and a heat retaining cover. The heat retaining cover is configured to be attached to the housing such that the heat retaining cover covers a rear end portion of the housing and to retain heat inside the terminal accommodating chamber, the heat retaining cover having an electric wire guiding out portion through which the electric wire and the detection line drawn out from the terminal accommodating chamber are to be inserted.

Charging connector for use with vehicle

A connector includes a terminal, a housing to accommodate the terminal and a retainer including a locking portion to lock the terminal when the terminal is accommodated in the housing. The housing includes a front housing having a terminal accommodating chamber and a rear housing to be attached to the front housing from a rear side of an insertion direction of the terminal, the rear housing including a lance to, when the terminal is accommodated in the terminal accommodating chamber, lock a rear portion of the terminal. The retainer is to be attached between the front housing and the rear housing and to be displaceable along a direction perpendicular to the insertion direction between a locking position and a non-locking position. The retainer moves from the non-locking position to the locking position and the locking portion locks the rear portion of the terminal in the insertion direction.

Charging connector

A connector includes a sensing member inserted into the second housing along the first direction, and a sensing mechanism allowing the sensing member to advance to a predetermined engaged position along the first direction when the first housing and the second housing are completely fitted, and locking the sensing member at a position before the engaged position when the first housing and the second housing are not completely fitted. The sensing member includes an exposed portion exposed to an outer space when the sensing member is in the engaged position. In the exposed portion, a first surface exposed to a side opposite to a side of a central axis of the second housing is an inclined surface or an arc-shaped surface extending in a direction inclined with respect to the first direction and facing a side opposite to a side of the first housing in the first direction.

A waterproof structure includes a first seal portion covering around an electric wire to be inserted into a mounting hole of an object to which the electric wire is mounted, the electric wire having a conductor and an insulation covering the conductor, and the first seal portion being elastic and electrically insulative, a housing provided at an end portion of the electric wire, the housing covering the first seal portion, the housing being made of an insulating resin having higher rigidity than the first seal portion and a second seal portion covering around the electric wire, being provided contiguously with an end portion of the housing, and being elastic and electrically insulative.

Waterproof structure

A connector includes a housing fitted into a mating side housing, a locking arm including a locking portion, and a slider. The locking arm is connected to the housing and extends toward a rear end and along a fitting direction into the mating side housing. The locking arm is configured to be restored after bending in a lock release direction and the locking portion is configured to be engaged with an engagement portion of the mating side housing to lock the mating side housing and the housing, when the housing is being fitted into the mating side housing. A slider is slidably attached to the housing between a main locking position on a bending end side of the locking arm and a temporary locking position deviating from the main locking position.

A contact spring holding jig for grease application includes a spring placement portion on which a connector terminal contact spring is to be placed, and a spring position restricting wall. The connector terminal contact spring includes a plurality of spring pieces and a connecting portion positioning at an end portion of the connector terminal contact spring. The plurality of spring pieces include a gap with adjacent spring pieces are connected to be arranged side by side by the connecting portion. The connector terminal contact spring is placed with the connecting portion facing downward, on the spring placement portion.

Contact spring holding jig for grease application

A connector includes a housing having a fitting portion fitted into a mounting hole, a conductor held by the housing, and a sealing member mounted on the fitting portion and sealing between the housing and the mounting hole. The sealing member includes an annular sealing portion formed in an annular shape fitted into the fitting portion, and a band portion connected to the annular sealing portion at both ends and disposed along an end surface of the fitting portion.

A shielded connector includes a shield shell and a shield member. The shield shell includes a shield member mounting portion on which the shield member is mounted by fastening of a binding member. The shield member mounting portion includes a fastening position aligning unit on an outer surface thereof. The fastening position aligning unit includes an inclined portion and a binding member movement restricting portion. The inclined portion is inclined in a tapered shape from a base end side of the shield member mounting portion toward an open end side. The binding member movement restricting portion restricts the binding member from moving toward the open end side of the shield member mounting portion.
