[Problem to be Solved] To provide an outline correction processing device capable of achieving an softening effect of sufficiently lightening wrinkles and spots even in a case where wrinkles and spots on a skin of a person captured by a television camera is magnified on display. [Means of Solving Problem] An outline correction processing device is provided with a first high-pass filter having a function of emphasizing an outline portion of an image signal, and one or more second high-pass filters having a function of weakening the outline portion of the image signal, wherein the first high-pass filter and the second high-pass filters are switched and connected with respect to the image signal being entered, so as to correct an outline portion of a specific color component of the image signal being entered.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a redox flow secondary battery which has low electrical resistance and excellent current efficiency in addition to durability. The present invention relates to: an electrolyte membrane for redox flow secondary batteries, which contains an ion exchange resin composition containing a fluorine-based polymer electrolyte; and a redox flow secondary battery which uses the electrolyte membrane for redox flow secondary batteries.

The problem addressed by the present invention is to obtain an electrolyte membrane that, as an electrolyte membrane for a redox flow secondary battery, is able to suppress the ion permeability of an active substance without detracting from proton (H+) permeability, has superior ion-selective permeability, has low electrical resistivity, and has superior current efficiency. The present invention solves the abovementioned problem by means of the electrolyte membrane for a redox flow secondary battery containing a perfluorocarbon sulfonic acid resin having a specific structure and an equivalent weight (EW), and the ion conductivity being adjusted to a predetermined range.

Provided is a video processing device with which it is possible to efficaciously carry out a process of superpositioning a monitor character signal in a video signal which is inputted from a camera and outputting same separately from the video signal. The video processing device comprises: a character signal emitter which generates a character signal on the basis of the monitor data; and a character superposition unit which superpositions the character signal which is generated by the character signal emitter upon the least significant bits of the color difference signal of the video signal which is inputted from the camera. With respect to downconverting the video signal whereupon the character signal has been superpositioned, only a downsampling process on the least significant bits of the color difference signal is carried out, and an interpolation filter process is not carried out.

An antenna structure includes a radiation conductor made of a metal plate that is supported by legs provided upright on a surface of a dielectric substrate and is spaced apart from the surface. The radiation conductor is circularly shaped such that the contour of the radiation conductor conforms to the outer periphery of the dielectric substrate and such that the radiation conductor includes an open portion. One of the legs functions as a feeding terminal and the other functions as a grounding terminal, whereby the radiation conductor operates as a dipole antenna. Disclosed are a curable polyphenylene ether (PPE) resin composition comprising (a) a PPE resin and (b) a of a compound having a 3,4-dihydro-3-substituted-1,3-benzoxazine skeleton (DSBS compound), or a mixture of the DSBS compound and a ring-opening polymerization re-action product thereof; a cured PPE resin composition obtainable by curing the curable PPE resin composition; and a laminate structure obtained by using the curable or cured PPE resin composition. The curable PPE resin composition exhibits, after cured, excellent chemical resistance, moisture resistance, dielectric characteristics, heat resistance, flame retardancy and dimensional stability, so that it can be used as a dielectric, insulating or heat resistant material in the electrical, electronic, space and aircraft industries. Especially, it can be advantageously used as a resin composition for forming insulating layers, such as substrates for a single-sided, double-sided or multi-layer printed circuit board, a flexible printed circuit board and a semi-rigid circuit board, and a substrate for a structure having excellent heat removal characteristics.

A second slider device slidably mounted on the frame cooperates with movement of the first slider device and includes a lead holding and guiding device for holding and guiding an electronic component and a push bar for displacing the component from a predetermined position to an inserted position under the control of the lead holding and guiding device. A feed device mounted on the frame is driven by an intermittent drive to feed the electronic component web carrier intermittently, pitch by pitch. A cutter separates one electronic component from the electronic component web carrier fed by the feed device. A transfer device includes a reciprocating unit for producing reciprocative movements between the cutter and the lead holding and guiding device and an electronic component holding device for holding a lead of the electronic component to be separated by the cutter and transferring the component to the lead holding and guiding device after such component has been separated by the cutter.
