A circuit includes a first transistor, a second transistor, a third transistor and a fourth transistor. The first transistor has a first end and a second end. The second transistor has a first end and a second end, wherein the first end of the second transistor is coupled to the first end of the first transistor. The third transistor has a first end and a second end, wherein the second end of the third transistor is coupled to the second end of the second transistor. The fourth transistor has a first end coupled to the second end of the first transistor. The fourth transistor has a bottom gate and an oxide semiconductor layer, and the second transistor has a top gate and a silicon semiconductor layer.

The operating method includes the following steps: turning on the preset transistor, and providing a first voltage to a control terminal of the driving transistor; turning off the preset transistor, and providing a second voltage to the driving transistor, wherein the first voltage is greater than the second voltage; executing a sensing process; and executing a scan process to provide an output signal.

A driver circuit which includes an output circuit and a control circuit coupled to the output circuit. The driver circuit includes a pull-up transistor with a silicon semiconductor layer. The control circuit includes a first transistor with an oxide semiconductor layer.

A sensing device provided herein includes a first pixel circuit, a readout circuit, a first switch, a second switch, and a first capacitor. The readout circuit is electrically connected to the first pixel circuit. The first switch is electrically connected between the first pixel circuit and the readout circuit. The first capacitor includes a first electrode electrically connected to the first switch and the second switch.

Sensing device

An electronic device and a control method are provided. The electronic device includes a sensing pixel. The sensing pixel includes a photosensitive element, a first transistor, a second transistor and a third transistor. The first transistor is coupled to the photosensitive element and for receiving a reset signal. The second transistor is coupled to the photosensitive element. The third transistor is coupled to the second transistor and for receiving a scan signal. During a reset period, a reset signal waveform of the reset signal and a first scan signal waveform of the scan signal are at least partially overlapped.

Electronic device and control method thereof

An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes: a substrate, a plurality of pixels, a plurality of data lines, an amplifier and a current source. The pixels and data lines are disposed on the substrate. The amplifier and the current source are coupled to one of the data lines, wherein at least a portion of the one of data lines forms a conduction path. One of the pixels is coupled to the one of the data lines at a first node, and the first node is on the first conduction path. A first current that flows from the first node to the first source terminal is different from a second current that flows from the first node to the first output terminal.

A transflective type liquid crystal panel includes a plurality of sub-pixels arranged in rows and columns to form a sub-pixel array, a plurality of first wires extending along the row direction or the column direction, and a plurality of second wires which are parallel with the first wires. The plurality of sub-pixels includes transmissive sub-pixels and reflective sub-pixels. Each row and column in the sub-pixel array has both transmissive sub-pixels and reflective sub-pixels. The transmissive sub-pixels are connected to and driven by the first wires, and the reflective sub-pixels are connected to and driven by the second wires.
