A drilling tool includes a tool body, a brushless motor, a first detector, a second detector and a control device. The brushless motor is housed in the tool body and configured to drive the tool accessory. The first detector is configured to detect first information corresponding to a load applied to the tool accessory. The second detector is configured to detect second information corresponding to a rotation state of the tool body around the driving axis. The control device is configured to control operation of the drilling tool. The control device is configured to set a conduction angle for the brushless motor based on the first information, and to determine, based on the first information and the second information, whether or not excessive rotation of the tool body due to jamming of the tool accessory occurs.

Drilling tool

A rotary tool includes a tool body, a motor, a determining part, a monitoring part and a criterion changing part. The motor is housed in the tool body and configured to drive the tool accessory. The determining part is configured to determine whether or not excessive rotation of the tool body around the driving axis due to jamming of the tool accessory occurs, according to a specific determination criterion. The monitoring part is configured to monitor information relating to a use state of the rotary tool. The criterion changing part is configured to change the determination criterion according to the use state.

Rotary tool

A dust collection device, that collects dust particles generated by an impact tool, has a feature that enables the attachment of the device to the impact tool, which is not provided with an attachment section for the device. The dust collection device has a tool body and an auxiliary handle, attached removably to the tool body, and is attached to an electric hammer that, in the lengthwise direction, linearly operates a tool bit mounted to the tip region of the tool body, and collects dust generated by the electric hammer. The dust collection device has: a dust collection unit that has a dust intake port at the tip; a dust collection hose, connected to the dust collection unit, for transferring dust to the downstream side; and a hose-holding unit that holds the dust collection hose. The hose-holding unit can be attached to and removed from the auxiliary handle.

Dust collecting device and impact tool

A power tool having a gear speed reducing mechanism which is free of backlash and a planetary gear speed reducing mechanism. The planetary gear speed reducing mechanism has a driving-side member that is rotationally driven by a prime mover, a driven-side member which is rotatably and coaxially disposed with the driving-side member and to which a tool bit is coupled, and an intervening member which is disposed between the driving-side member and the driven-side member. The intervening member is configured as a planetary member and at least caused to rotate by frictional force acting on its contact surface in contact with the driving-side member when the driving-side member is rotationally driven, so that torque of the driving-side member is transmitted to the driven-side member at reduced speed.

Power tool

Disclosed is a feature that collects dust particles that arise from a processing operation of an impact tool. The dust collection device collects dust that arises from of a processing operation and is attached to the impact tool that performs a pre-determined processing operation on a processed member by way of a tool bit mounted to the tip region of the tool body being linearly operated at least in the lengthwise direction. The dust collection device has a dust collection unit of which the tip opens as a dust intake port and the contour shape is formed unevenly around the long axis of the tool bit. The position of the dust collection unit is freely selected around the long axis of the tool bit, and it is possible to cause the position to change around the long axis of the bit.

An electrical power tool includes an electric motor as a drive source, and a speed change device for decelerating rotative power of the electric motor and outputting the same to a spindle. The speed change device is configured to automatically switch between a high speed low torque mode in which a high speed low torque is output to the spindle and a low speed high torque mode in which a low speed high torque is output to the spindle based on an external torque applied to the spindle. An output rotation speed of the spindle in the high speed low torque mode is set to 4.5 times to 6.0 times an output rotation speed of the spindle in the low speed high torque mode.

Electrical power tool

A power tool that includes a driving motor and a power transmitting mechanism. The power transmitting mechanism includes a first clutch cam part, a second clutch cam part, clutch teeth, a clutch detecting mechanism and a controller that can control the driving motor in a first control mode in which the driving motor is controlled to rotate at a first rotation speed until before the first and second clutch cam parts are engaged with each other at the clutch teeth and in a second control mode in which the driving motor is controlled to rotate at a second rotation speed higher than the first rotation speed after the first and second clutch cam parts are engaged with each other at the clutch teeth.

In a disc grinder, a spindle mounted with a grindstone intersects an output shaft of an electric motor. The disc grinder includes the three-point pressing continuously-variable transmission between the output shaft of the electric motor and a bevel gear train. The bevel gear train is used for deceleration. The traction grease having a high traction coefficient is used as the lubricant of the traction drive. A grease reservoir or felt members arranged in sliding contact with the pressing parts are disposed in the transmission case.
