According to one embodiment an information processing device includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry acquires operation data of an energy system which includes a power generation device configured to generate power based on an environmental condition, a manufacturing device configured to be able to manufacture a demanded amount using power generated by the power generation device, a storage device configured to be able to store the demanded amount manufactured by the manufacturing device and a supply device configured to be able to supply the demanded amount in the storage device to a demand device. The processing circuitry creates an operation plan of the energy system based on the operation data and at least one of data related to the environmental condition or first demand data related to the demanded amount necessary for the demand device.

The controlling circuitry determines a process to be preferentially executed among at least two of processes of generating power in the first power generation apparatus, producing hydrogen in the hydrogen to be accumulated apparatus, charging the storage battery, discharging the storage battery, transmitting power to the power system, and receiving power from the power system.

A storage battery evaluating apparatus according to an embodiment includes a determiner, a corrector, a QV curve generator, an evaluator, and a feedbacker. The determiner determines a charging/discharging tendency of a storage battery based on measurement data including voltage data. The corrector corrects the voltage data based on a correction parameter. The correction parameter corresponds to at least one of the charging/discharging tendency and a degraded state of the storage battery. The QV curve generator generates a QV curve of the storage battery based on the voltage data which has been corrected. The evaluator evaluates the degraded state based on the QV curve. A data readout device generates decoded data based on a data bit determined by performing a hard-decision on likelihood data. The likelihood data is generated using an iterative decoding method corresponding to a turbo-coding process. The decoding process is performed on a sampled value obtained by sampling a signal read out from a magneto-optical disk at a predetermined sampling period. A reliability determination part detects whether each obtained data bit was obtained from likelihood data within a predetermined range defined with respect to a histogram of log likelihood ratios. When it is detected that a data bit was obtained by a hard-decision on likelihood data within the predetermined range, the data bit is regarded as being obtained by a hard-decision whose reliability is not sufficient. In this way, the error correcting decoder can perform ECC-based decoding operations including loss-correction processes depending on respective reliability-determination results that distinguish reliabilities among respective data bits.
