A treatment support device is provided with an irradiation unit, a fluorescence detection unit, and a change acquisition unit for acquiring a change degree of a fluorescence signal detected within a first time range within a treatment time. The treatment support device is provided with: a determination unit for determining whether or not the progress of the treatment is in a steady state based on the fact that the change degree of the fluorescence signal within the first time range falls within a predetermined range of the change degree; and an operation control unit for performing predetermined operation control when the progress of the treatment is determined to be in the steady state by the determination unit.

A treatment support device includes an irradiation unit configured to emit treatment light to a medical agent, a fluorescence intensity acquisition unit configured to acquire fluorescence intensity of fluorescence emitted by the fluorescent material of the medical agent excited by the treatment light, and a treatment light imaging unit configured to capture a treatment light image based on the treatment light. The treatment support device is configured such that a first region of interest is capable of being set based on a position of the treatment light in the treatment light image captured by the treatment light imaging unit, the first region of interest being a region for selectively acquiring a temporal change in the fluorescence intensity acquired by the fluorescence intensity acquisition unit.

The control unit includes, as a mechanical configuration, an image processing unit and a recording control unit. The image processing unit includes a combining unit that combines the fluorescence image acquired by the illuminating/photographing unit and the visible light image, a condition designation unit that designates an analysis condition and the like of an image analysis by an analyzing unit to be described later, and an analyzing unit that performs an analysis under the analysis condition designated by the condition designation unit. The storage unit includes an image storage unit including a reproduction moving image storage unit that stores a combined moving image obtained by combining the fluorescence image and the visible light image by the combining unit in the image processing unit as an irreversibly-compressed moving image file and an analysis moving image storage unit that stores a fluorescence moving image and a visible light moving image.

Imaging apparatus

An imaging apparatus that is easily moved between locations protects an imaging element in motion and provides a first arm member and a proximate movable second arm member. A lighting-imaging element is movably positionable proximate an arm mechanism and also proximate a rear-side location of a wheeled platform relative to a traveling direction thereby preventing damage. The first and second arm are relatively surrounded with a sub-arm and lighting-imaging element, thereby preventing further unintended movement. Accordingly, an elongating (separation) of the first and second arm members are prevented.

A medical imaging device. The medical imaging device includes a device body and an operation unit. The device body has a first mating portion on its upper surface, and the operation unit has a second mating portion configured to movably mate with the first mating portion. The operation unit is provided separately from the device body, and the operation unit is configured to operate the device.

Medical imaging device

An imaging device and method which can easily obtain a curve of time-varying changes in pixel value of a region of interest, even if the region of interest moves with a subject's body motion. A controller includes an image processor executing various types of image processing on fluorescence images and visible light images. The image processor includes a pixel value measurement unit which sequentially measures values of pixels at positions corresponding to a region of interest (ROI) in the fluorescence image, a change curve creation unit which creates a curve of time-varying changes in pixel value of the ROI by sampling, among the pixel values measured by the pixel value measurement unit, a minimum pixel value within a period equal to or longer than a cycle of the subject's body motion, and a smoothing unit which smooths the curve created by the change curve creation unit.

This brain activity feedback system includes a brain activity measurement device to optically measure brain activity; a data processor to calculate, on the basis of measurement data from the brain activity measurement device, a statistic that indicates the statistical significance of changes in the measurement data; and a display device to display, in real time, a brain activity index corresponding to the statistic. The data processor calculates the statistic for the measurement data from the brain activity measurement device by correcting the scalp blood flow component of the measurement data in real time on the basis of scalp blood flow data.

An optical measurement system includes a portable type optical measurement apparatus and a non-portable type optical measurement apparatus larger than the portable optical measurement apparatus.
