A medical guide service for a doctor, a patient, a general user, and a medical institution. The medical guide system may include a unit that creates medical record data and a unit that extracts the medical record data for each patient. The unit that extracts the medical record data uses examination data before a predetermined dividing point in a chronological order as before-dividing-point data and treatment data after the predetermined dividing point in the chronological order as after-dividing-point data. A unit extracts a treatment pattern from the after-dividing-point data. Another unit derives a rule that associates the examination results with the treatment pattern from the treatment pattern and the before-dividing-point data.

Method for creating medical treatment models from a database of medical records

Efficiently mining frequent subgraphs contained commonly in a plurality of objects by considering abstraction. A frequent pattern mining apparatus which mines a set of frequent subgraphs contained in a plurality of objects including: a conceptual hierarchy database which stores correspondence between multiple predetermined types of component and a superordinate conceptual element; a mining candidate subgraph generator which generates a set of mining candidate subgraphs using the frequent subgraphs which have already been mined; a weighted support calculator which calculates weighted support of the mining candidate subgraphs; a superordinate concept candidate selector which selects a second mining candidate subgraph to be a superordinate conceptual pattern of a first mining candidate subgraph; and a frequent subgraph adder which adds the second mining candidate subgraph to the set of mining candidate subgraphs if the first mining candidate subgraph and the second mining candidate subgraph are not identical in weighted support.

Frequent pattern mining apparatus, frequent pattern mining method, and program and recording medium therefor

Detects a condition for classification of data. Apparatus detects a set of some constituents as a factor of the classification. Apparatus has means for selecting a pattern which is a set of constituents; means of selecting a second pattern formed of the first pattern and at least one constituent added to the first pattern; means of generating an evaluation value for a measure of classification of the plurality of objects under a condition including the first pattern but not the second pattern on the basis of the number of objects satisfying the classification condition in the plurality of objects classified into the first group and the number of objects satisfying the classification condition in the objects classified into the second group; and means of outputting the first and second patterns as a factor of classification when the measure indicated by the evaluation value exceeds a reference measure.

The information display system of the present invention has a database in which objects including position information and attribute information different from the position information are stored, and electronic map storage section, a set forming section which forms at least a certain number of sets of objects positioned in proximity with each other and including a set of objects, a section for selecting the pair of objects contained in each of the sets by locating position coordinates in the electronic map on which display is performed, assigning an indicating figure in variable indicating form, and designating position coordinates for the objects and the indicating figure to be displayed, and a section for placing objects and the indicating figure on the electronic map by using the designated position coordinates.
