The present invention relates to a printing plate including a first silicone layer and a second silicone layer which have different ink acceptabilities on a support. An object of the present invention is to provide a printing plate that dispenses with a development step and that has excellent image reproducibility, ink repellency, ink acceptability, and printing durability.

The present invention provides a silicone composition for use in a printing plate, the composition including at least: a SiH group-containing compound; a compound represented by the following general formula (I); a compound represented by the following general formula (II); and/or a compound represented by the following general formula (III); wherein Ds in the compound represented by the general formula (I), Gs in the compound represented by the general formula (II) and Js in the compound represented by the general formula (III) each represents an acetoxy group or a dialkyloximino group: A-Si-(D)(I) (wherein in the general formula (I), A represents a non-hydrolyzable functional group capable of undergoing a hydrosilylation reaction with a SiH group); E-Si-(G)(II) (wherein in the general formula (II), E represents a non-hydrolyzable functional group incapable of undergoing a hydrosilylation reaction with a SiH group); and Si-(J)(III). A waterless planographic printing plate precursor has, on a substrate, at least a photosensitive layer or heat sensitive layer and a silicone rubber layer, which is a waterless planographic printing plate precursor, wherein 1) a color pigment and a pigment dispersant are contained in the silicone rubber layer, 2) the a content of color pigment is 0.1 to 20 vol % in the silicone rubber layer, and 3) the pigment dispersant contains an organic complex compound including a metal and an organic compound.

The objective is to provide a direct drawing-type waterless lithographic printing original plate which is highly sensitive and is not susceptible to formation of blisters, namely a direct drawing-type waterless lithographic printing original plate which has a wide latitude. Provided is a direct drawing-type waterless lithographic printing original plate which has at least a heat-sensitive layer and a silicone rubber layer on a substrate in this order. A waterless planographic printing plate precursor is capable of plate inspection without a post-dyeing step, capable of being handled in a light room and excellent in coloring matter fixing in silicone rubber layer. Provided is a directly imageable waterless planographic printing plate precursor that comprises at least a heat sensitive layer and a silicone rubber layer formed on a substrate in this order and has a high sensitivity not only immediately after the precursor production but also after the passage of time. In the directly imageable waterless planographic printing plate precursor, the heat sensitive layer contains liquid bubbles filled with a liquid with a boiling point in the range of 210 to 270&#xb0; C. The present invention relates to a precursor of waterless planographic printing plates, in which at least a photosensitive layer and a silicone rubber layer are laminated on a substrate in this order, characterized in that said photosensitive layer contains a quinonediazide group-containing polyurethane resin and furthermore, preferably, contains a light-heat converting material. The present invention can provide a precursor of waterless planographic printing plates, which is improved in both image reproducibility and printing durability, and which can be applied to both the method of obtaining a waterless planographic printing plate by ordinary image exposure and the method of obtaining a waterless planographic printing plate by laser irradiation.
