A semiconductor device according to an embodiment of the present invention which can rapidly output data while being relatively low cost includes: a plurality of memory each including: a strobe signal transmission path having, in this order, a strobe input terminal, a strobe delay circuit, and a strobe output terminal; a plurality of data output circuits connected to a downstream side of the strobe delay circuit of the strobe signal transmission path; and a data output bus connected to the plurality of data output circuits; and a controller including: a strobe circuit which inputs the strobe signal to the strobe input terminal; a data buffer circuit which temporarily stores the data outputted from the data output terminal; and a delay adjustment circuit which adjusts a delay amount of the strobe delay circuit so as to decrease a difference between the memory in delay of the strobe signal outputted from the strobe output terminal relative to the strobe signal outputted from the strobe circuit.

A display processing device for displaying a display object in a display window and changing a display range includes a sectioning unit that divides the display window into a plurality of sections (screens) by creating boundary lines. Maps of geographical ranges to be displayed are sectioned and displayed in the plurality of screens. In the event that a boundary line is moved through a user input, the geographical ranges of the maps in the screens for which the screen size has become larger than an initial screen size are enlarged, and the maps in the screens which have become smaller than the initial screen size are reduced in scale in accordance with the reduction in screen size, while maintaining the geographical range of the maps displayed in the display window prior to the boundary line being moved.

Display processing device and display control method

An information processing apparatus and an information selecting method are disclosed which can easily restore an original state after checking the result of executing predetermined processing based on different information. If an operator of an operation unit is pressed in an already processed state where a processing execution unit is executing predetermined processing using already selected information set in a selected information memory, information assigned to the operator is newly set in the selected information memory to execute the predetermined processing with the processing execution unit. After that, if the pressed operator is released, the processing execution unit is restored to the already processed state. With this operation, after checking a new processing state using different information from already selected information by pressing an operator, the already processed state can be restored simply by releasing the pressed operator.

Route guidance is provided for traveling to a lane opposite to a present traveling lane. If a user operates a return button, a main control unit calculates a position closest to a present position in a lane of the traveling direction opposite to that of a present traveling lane on a present traveling path as a destination, and sets the destination to destination data. Then, the route search unit searches for a guide route to the destination indicated by the destination data. A navigation image indicating the searched guide route along with the present position and the destination is displayed.

Vehicle navigation system and method

A navigation apparatus and method of displaying a map are provided for scrolling and displaying the map covering the vicinity of a present position such that a relationship with the present position can be constantly recognized. When a request for a surrounding scroll starting operation is accepted from a user, a display range is moved upward until the present position is located in the center of a lower hem of the display range of the map, that is, until an upper half of a present position mark is positioned in the center of a bottom of the display range. Then, the display range is moved in stages, i.e. in such a manner that the present position is moved to a lower left edge thereof, to an upper left edge thereof, to an upper right edge thereof, and to a lower right edge thereof, in this order. Thereafter, the display range is gradually moved rightward until the present position is located in the center of the lower hem of the display range. Finally, the display range is gradually moved downward until the present position returns to the original position located before starting the first surrounding scroll process.
