A stator includes: plural core configuration sections each including plural yoke configuration sections that configure a ring shaped yoke and are segmented in a yoke circumferential direction and plural teeth sections that project from the respective yoke configuration sections along a yoke radial direction, with the plural yoke configuration sections and the plural teeth sections integrated together; plural coil wires that are wound onto the respective teeth sections to configure plural winding portions; and plural insulators that each include plural insulator portions that are integrated to each of the respective core configuration sections and insulate between the teeth sections and the winding portions, and a connection portion that connects together the plural insulator portions.

Stator, brushless motor, stator manufacturing method

An armature includes an armature core, teeth, a commutator, concentrated winding wires, and distributed winding wires. Each of the teeth includes a first branch portion and a second branch portion. Each of segments in the commutator has a riser. A start end and a terminal end of the concentrated winding wire are pulled out separately in a direction getting closer to the commutator and in a direction away from the commutator. The conductor between the concentrated winding wires is hooked by the riser by which the conductor between the other concentrated winding wires is not hooked. A start end and a terminal end of the distributed winding wire are pulled out separately in a direction getting closer to the commutator and in a direction away from the commutator. The conductor between the distributed winding wires is hooked by the riser by which at least one of the conductor between the concentrated winding wires and the conductor between the other distributed winding wires is not hooked.

There is provided an armature including a shaft; a core attached to the shaft; a commutator that is attached to the shaft, and includes a plurality of commutator segments; windings that are wound onto the core, and are connected to the respective commutator segments; and a short-circuit member that connects together a pair out of the plurality of commutator segments, and is disposed further to the commutator radial direction outside than an outer peripheral portion of the commutator.

Armature and motor

A commutator includes an insulating section that is formed in a tube shape including a shaft insertion hole through which a shaft is inserted, and that is formed with an indented portion in an end portion at one side in an axial direction of the shaft. The commutator also includes plural segments that are supported by an outer peripheral portion of the insulating section, that are arrayed around a circumferential direction of the insulating section with spacings therebetween, and that are each provided with an anchor portion at an end portion at the one side in the axial direction of the shaft. The commutator also includes a first, second, third short-circuit wires, each connecting the anchor portion of respective one segment to the anchor portion of respective another segment, and at least a portion being disposed inside the indented portion formed at the insulating section.

An armature including a core that includes plural teeth extending in a radial shape, and that has a slot formed between each of the plural teeth; a plurality of first winding coil sections formed by winding coil wire plural times spanning different respective sets of least two of the teeth, while shifting by one slot each time toward one side in the circumferential direction of the core; and a plurality of second winding coil sections formed by winding coil wire plural times spanning different respective sets of least two of the teeth, while shifting by one slot each time toward the other side in the circumferential direction of the core.

Armature and armature manufacturing method

An armature includes plural core configuration members and plural insulators integrated with the core configuration members, each insulator including a coupling portion that couples a pair of insulation portions. The armature includes plural coil wires, each including a pair of wound portions wound onto respective core configuration members, and a crossing wire connecting the pair of wound portions. Plural armature configuration units are configured independently by integrating a pair of the core configuration members with each insulator and winding the coil wire onto the pair of core configuration members. Plural armature configuration sections are configured by combining two armature configuration units adjacent in the circumferential direction. In each armature configuration section, the coupling portion and the crossing wire of one armature configuration unit are side by side with the coupling portion and crossing wire of the other armature configuration units along a direction orthogonal to an axial direction of the armature configuration section.

Armature, armature manufacturing method, and rotating electrical device

An inner rotor type brushless motor includes a stator. The stator is made of a plurality of stator sections. Each one of the stator sections has a plurality of core members, an insulator, and a winding wound on the core members via the insulator. The core member includes a yoke portion and a tooth portion. The insulator includes a ring portion to connect the core members. Since each stator section can provide sufficient distance and space between two core members on the same stator section, it is easy to wind the winding on the tooth portions. The stator sections can be assembled along an axial direction to form the stator. The yoke portions are circumferentially arranged to connect each other to form a magnetic path.

Stator, brushless motor, and manufacturing method of the same

Winding guide portions of an insulator are received in slots, respectively, of a core. Each of windings is electrically insulated from the core by a winding guide wall of a corresponding one of the winding guide portions in each of corresponding two of slots of the core. The winding guide wall of at least one of the winding guide portions is configured differently from the winding guide wall of each of the rest of the winding guide portions and includes a radial bottom wall section, which is radially outwardly spaced from a radial bottom wall section of a corresponding one of the slots by a predetermined distance and contacts a corresponding one of the windings.

Armature and electric motor having the same

An insulator is mounted in an armature core. Coils are wound around teeth of the armature core by way of concentrated winding. A power feeding member, which supplies a current to the coils, includes a connecting portion. A separating portion, which is provided in the insulator, is located in the teeth. The separating portion separates each of the coils to a first portion and a second portion. The connecting portion is electrically connected to the first portion. Accordingly, while preventing damage to the coils, the coils are easily connected to the power feeding member.
