The integrated circuit includes: transmission circuitry, which, in operation, transmits uplink channels of a first cell group and a second cell group, wherein a cell group includes one or more cells; and power control circuitry, which is coupled to the transmission circuitry and which, in operation, controls a transmission power of the uplink channels of the second cell group, wherein, in response to simultaneous transmission of: the uplink channel(s) of the first cell group on which uplink control information is multiplexed; and a plurality of reference signals on the uplink channels of the second cell group. The power control circuitry uniformly reduces the transmission power of the uplink channels of the second cell group based on a transmission power of the uplink channel(s) of the first cell group.
