Sealed compressor and refrigeration unit including sealed compressor

A refrigerant compressor comprises an electric element; a compression element; and a sealed container; wherein the compression element includes: a crankpin; a piston pin; and a connecting rod having a large hole portion into which the crankpin is inserted, a small hole portion in which the piston pin is rotatably disposed, and a coupling rod portion; wherein an oil guide hole is provided in the coupling rod portion of the connecting rod such that the large hole portion and the small hole portion are communicated with each other via the oil guide hole; a circular first groove is provided on an outer peripheral surface of the piston pin such that the first groove communicates with the oil guide hole; and a second groove extending in a center axis direction of the piston pin is provided in a first region of the small hole portion of the connecting rod.

Refrigerant compressor

A refrigerating compressor includes a compressing element and a hermetic container accommodating the compressing element, which includes a compressing chamber where refrigerant gas is compressed, and a suction muffler () having a sound deadening space () and communicating with the compressing chamber. The suction muffler () includes a tail tube () having a first end open into the hermetic container and a second end open into the sound deadening space (), and a resonating chamber () formed attached to the tail tube () and having a resonance frequency substantially agreeing with a specific resonance frequency of the hermetic container. This structure allows the resonating chamber () to deaden the noises coming from vibration sounds of a suction valve or ripple sounds of refrigerant gas.

Refrigerating compressor

A hermetic compressor has a hermetic container, a suction pipe, a compressing mechanism and a suction muffler. The suction pipe includes a large diameter part opening to an inside of the hermetic container and a small diameter part connected to an external refrigerating system, and the suction pipe is fixed with the hermetic container. The compressing mechanism is accommodated inside the hermetic container. The suction muffler forms a muffling space communicated with the compressing mechanism. The suction muffler is provided with an inlet opening which communicates the muffling space with an inside space of the hermetic container and faces closely an opening of the large diameter part of the suction pipe.

Hermetic compressor

A refrigerant compressor includes a compressor section, driver, a first contact section and a second contact section. The compressor section is accommodated in a closed container for compressing refrigerant gas. The driver drives the compressor section. The first and second contact sections are brought into contact with each other or they slide with each other by driving the compressor section. On the surface of each one of the contact sections, at least one of plural recesses uniformly placed or a mixed layer, to which molybdenum disulfide (MoS) is bound, is formed. The foregoing structure allows increasing the abrasion resistance of the first and second contact sections.

Refrigerant compressor, and refrigerating machine using the same

In a hermetic compressor in a freezing refrigerating system or an air-conditioning system such as a refrigerator or a showcase, a construction is disclosed for intending to provide a low-noise hermetic compressor by effectively attenuating a pressure pulsation having occurred in a compression chamber with a suction muffler. By this construction, since a muffler coverhas a planar simple shape, the deformation upon molding becomes little and it can come into fully close contact with a muffler main body. Therefore, the pressure pulsation hardly leaks through the connecting portion between the muffler main bodyand the muffler cover. The full silencing effect that the suction mufflerhas is obtained and thereby noise can be reduced more effectively.

Hermetic compressor and freezing air-conditioning system

This invention relates to a hermetic compressor used on a refrigerant cycle such as a refrigerator, and discloses a low noise compressor designed to attenuate a resonance sound in a compression chamber and intake pressure pulsing more operatively at a position adjacent to their sources, which intake pressure pulsing occurs at an intake valve port. In the compressor, a resonance spaceis provided adjacent to the intake valve portthat is closer in distance to a noise source. As a result, noise can be reduced more operatively than muffling functions of an intake mufflerdo. In addition, although acoustic characteristics of the intake muffleramplify noises having specific frequencies, such noises can be attenuated before being amplified.

Hermetic compressor with an improved cylinder head-suction muffler assembly

A sealed electric compressor for use in, for example, an electric refrigerator, generates a little noise and can feed any moving part of its compressing element with refrigerator lubricant. An oil pickup tube is joined by insertion to the lowermost end of a crank shaft and includes a first centrifugal pumping portion and a second centrifugal pumping portion provided continuously and arranged at a smaller angle than that of the first centrifugal pumping portion. The second centrifugal pumping portion arranged at a smaller angle can spin in a pool of the refrigerator lubricant.

Closed type electric compressor

In a hermetic compressor for use on an air-conditioning unit as well as a refrigerating unit such as a refrigerator and a showcase, there is disclosed a constitution designed to provide a silently operated hermetic compressor that has an intake muffler readily assembled thereon. The hermetic compressor including a substantially disk-like elastic member disposed between the intake muffler at an outlet thereof and a cylinder head is provided, in which an outlet orifice of the intake muffler constantly remains pressed against an intake valve port through a gasket.

Suction muffler for a hermetic compressor

A hermetic motor-driven compressor is capable of decreasing both the resonance sound due to an oil feed pipe and the resonance sound due to a crankshaft generated when the oil feed pipe is rotated while being dipped in the refrigerating machine oil. Within a hermetically sealed enclosure, a compression component and a motor drive component are supported through an elastic support arrangement, and the compression component comprises a crankshaft adapted to be rotatively driven by the motor drive component through an eccentric portion and provided with a journal, a balance weight disposed at the eccentric portion and a coaxial oil feed pipe disposed in the balance weight so as to revolve coaxially with the journal, so that the stirring of the refrigerating machine oil can be suppressed.

Reed-type discharge valve arrangement for a hermetic compressor

A hermetic compressor for use in refrigeration systems is provided. The hermetic compressor includes a compressor unit disposed within an enclosed compressor casing. The compressor unit has a compression chamber and a valve assembly having an inlet port arranged to introduce refrigerant into the compression chamber and an outlet port for discharging the refrigerant compressed in the compression chamber. The valve assembly includes a valve plate, a single outlet reed valve, and a spring member. The valve plate has formed therein a recessed portion in which the outlet port is formed. The outlet reed valve has a supporting portion and a valve portion for selectively opening and closing the outlet port according to a pressure level of the refrigerant compressed in the compression chamber. The recessed portion has protrusions to define an outlet reed valve housing in which the supporting portion of the valve portion of the outlet reed valve is secured. The spring member has a plate portion and a plurality of legs, extending from the plate portion, designed to engage the protrusions of the recessed portion to retain the outlet reed valve in the outlet reed valve housing and to provide a spring force serving to restrict opening motion of the valve portion of the outlet reed valve.
