Provided is a hot-dip Al&#x2014;Zn&#x2014;Mg&#x2014;Si coated steel sheet having good corrosion resistance in flat parts and edge parts, and also having excellent worked part corrosion resistance. The hot-dip Al&#x2014;Zn&#x2014;Mg&#x2014;Si coated steel sheet includes a base steel sheet and a hot-dip coating on a surface of the base steel sheet. The hot-dip coating includes an interfacial alloy layer present at an interface with the base steel sheet and a main layer present on the interfacial alloy layer, and contains from 25 mass % to 80 mass % of Al, from greater than 0.6 mass % to 15 mass % of Si, and from greater than 0.1 mass % to 25 mass % of Mg. The Mg content and Si content in the hot-dip coating satisfy formula (1):/(&#x2212;0.6)&#x3e;1.7&#x2003;&#x2003;(1)where Mrepresents the Mg content (mass %) and Mrepresents the Si content (mass %).

Hot-dip Al&#x2014;Zn&#x2014;Mg&#x2014;Si coated steel sheet and method of producing same

A hot-dip Zn&#x2014;Al alloy coated steel sheet exhibiting a beautiful coating appearance with metallic luster, in which no spangle or very fine spangles are formed, and having excellent blackening resistance and a method for manufacturing the hot-dip Zn&#x2014;Al alloy coated steel sheet are provided. The hot-dip Zn&#x2014;Al alloy coated steel sheet includes a hot-dip Zn&#x2014;Al alloy coating layer containing 1.0 to 10 percent by mass of Al, 0.2 to 1.0 percent by mass of Mg, 0.005 to 0.1 percent by mass of Ni, and the balance being Zn and incidental impurities on at least one surface of a steel sheet. The manufacturing method includes the steps of dipping the steel sheet into a hot-dip Zn&#x2014;Al alloy coating bath and pulling up and cooling the steel sheet, wherein the steel sheet pulled up from the coating bath is cooled to 250&#xb0; C. at a cooling rate of 1&#xb0; C. to 15&#xb0; C./sec.

Hot-dip Zn&#x2014;Al alloy coated steel sheet and producing method therefor

[Problem] The object is to provide a resin film for metal sheet laminate which endures severe forming owing to excellent formability and impact resistance, and also to excellent adhesion after forming and heating, further gives stable performance independent of forming conditions, and also provides a laminated metal sheet, and a method for manufacturing the same. [Means for Resolution] The resin film for metal sheet laminate has a mixed resin in which a granular resin mainly existing in a state of grains having 0.1 to 5 &#x3bc;m in diameter is dispersed in a polyester resin having a main basic skeleton of polyethylene terephthalate and/or isophthalic acid copolymerized polyethylene terephthalate, in a range from 3 to 30% by weight in entire resin. The granular resin is a modified polyolefin resin containing a functional group derived from carboxylic acid in a range from 2 to 20% by weight as carboxylic acid.

Resin film and manufacturing method for the same, and resin laminated metal sheet using said resin film and manufacturing method for the same

A coated steel sheet having excellent corrosion resistance comprises: a zinc or a zinc alloy plated steel sheet or an aluminum or an aluminum alloy plated steel sheet; a composite oxide coating formed on the surface of the plated steel sheet; and an organic coating formed on the composite oxide coating. The composite oxide coating contains a fine particle oxide and a phosphoric acid and/or a phosphoric acid compound. The organic coating has thickness of from 0.1 to 5 &mgr;m.

Coated steel sheet having excellent corrosion resistance and method for producing the same

A method for manufacturing a nickel alloy electroplated cold-rolled steel sheet excellent in press-formability and phosphating-treatability, which comprises the steps of: (a) cold-rolling a hot-rolled steel sheet at a reduction ratio of from 60 to 85% to prepare a cold-rolled steel sheet consisting essentially of: up to 0.06 wt. % carbon, up to 0.5 wt. % silicon, up to 2.5 wt. % manganese, up to 0.1 wt. % phosphorus, up to 0.025 wt. % sulfur, up to 0.10 wt. % soluble aluminum, up to 0.05 wt. % nitrogen, and the balance being iron and incidental impurities; then, (b) subjecting the cold-rolled steel sheet to a continuous annealing treatment which comprises heating the cold-rolled steel sheet to a recrystallization temperature and then slowly cooling same; then, (c) forming, on at least one surface of the annealed cold-rolled steel sheet, a nickel alloy electroplating layer having a plating weight of from 5 to 60 mg/m.sup.2 in an acidic electroplating layer, the nickel alloy electroplating layer consisting essentially of nickel alloy particles precipitated at a distribution density of at least 1.times.10.sup.12 /m.sup.2, the nickel alloy particles containing at least one of phosphorus, boron and sulfur in an amount of from 1 to 15 wt. %; and then, (d) immersing the thus nickel alloy electroplated cold-rolled steel sheet into a neutral bath or an alkaline bath to form a nickel alloy oxide film having an average thickness of from 0.0002 to 0.005 .mu.m on the nickel alloy electroplating layer.

A nickel alloy electroplated cold-rolled steel sheet excellent in press-formability and phosphating-treatability, which comprises: (a) a cold-rolled steel sheet consisting essentially of: carbon (C): up to 0.06 wt. %, silicon (Si): up to 0.5 wt. %, manganese (Mn): up to 2.5 wt. %, phosphorus (P): up to 0.1 wt. %, sulfur (S): up to 0.025 wt. %, soluble aluminum (Sol.Al): up to 0.10 wt. %, nitrogen (N): up to 0.005 wt. %, and the balance being iron (Fe) and incidental impurities; (b) a nickel alloy electroplating layer, formed on at least one surface of the cold-rolled steel sheet, the nickel alloy electroplating layer consisting of nickel alloy particles precipitated at a distribution density of at least 1.times.10.sup.12 /m.sup.2, the nickel alloy particles containing at least one of phosphorus (P), boron (B) and sulfur (S) in an amount of 1 to 15 wt. %, the plating weight of the nickel alloy electroplating layer being 5 to 60 mg/m.sup.2 per surface of said cold-rolled steel sheet; and (c) a nickel alloy oxide film, formed on the surface of the nickel alloy electroplating layer, having an average thickness of 0.0002 to 0.005 .mu.m.
