A stator of the present disclosure includes a stator core, a stator coil wound around the stator core, and a busbar module electrically connected to the stator coil and fixed to a coil end portion formed on one end side of the stator core. The busbar module includes a module body that holds a conductive member, a hole that penetrates the module body, and a bridge portion that extends from a part of the inner peripheral surface of the hole to another part of the inner peripheral surface so as to divide an inside of the hole into a plurality of opening regions and is fixed to the coil end portion with an adhesive introduced into the hole and cured therein. In the stator, the busbar module is fixed more firmly to the coil end formed on one end side of the stator core with the adhesive.

A first U-shaped part that is bent so as to form a pair of opposite surfaces facing each other, and a second U-shaped part that is bent so as to form a pair of opposite surfaces facing each other are provided side by side in a bus bar main body of a neutral conductor bus bar. One of the first pair of opposite surfaces and one of the second pair of opposite surfaces are located in the same plane, and the other of the first pair of opposite surfaces and the other of the second pair of opposite surfaces are located in the same plane. A temperature sensor is retained by being inserted through a gap between the first pair of opposite surfaces and a gap between the second pair of opposite surfaces.

A step of inserting an insulating paper into a slot of a stator core (second step) is performed, a step of placing a jig at a position that is on a side opposite to a side from which a segment coil is inserted into the slot of the stator core and that overlaps with a protrusion when viewed in an inserting direction of the segment coil (third step) is performed, and then a step of inserting the segment coil into the slot (fourth step) is performed. Therefore, even when the insulating paper is dragged by the segment coil in the process of inserting the segment coil into the slot, the insulating paper abuts the jig and the movement of the insulating paper is restricted, thereby suppressing displacement of the insulating paper from the slot.

Manufacturing method of stator for vehicle rotary electric machine

A line connection structure for a PCU includes: the PCU mounted in an engine room positioned on a front side of a hybrid vehicle; an air cleaner that is provided on a rear side of the vehicle so as to face the PCU and that includes a resin portion deforming easier than electric equipment; and a cable connected to the PCU. The cable is formed by three-phase cables of U, V, and W phases being gathered. The cable is connected to the PCU on the side surface of the PCU positioned on the vehicular-rear side. The three-phase cables positioned between the PCU and the air cleaner is provided so as to align on the identical plane parallel to the width direction of the hybrid vehicle.

Line connection structure for electric equipment and electric vehicle

A rotor is provided with a rotor core, a magnet inserted into the rotor core and a filling portion arranged in a space between the rotor core and the magnet. The space between the rotor core and a radially outer side surface of the magnet has a uniform width in a central portion (portion (A)) with respect to a width direction (of arrow (DR)) of the magnet. A width of the space in an end portion (portion (B)) with respect to the width direction (of arrow (DR)) of the magnet is larger than that of the space in the portion (A).
