An operator's compartment has an internal space. A case has an internal space in communication with the internal space of the operator's compartment. An air conditioning unit is disposed in the internal space of the case and has an internal-air supply port which introduces air from the internal space. An internal-air filter is attached to the internal-air supply port.

Work vehicle and operator's compartment unit

A base has a second bracket extending toward a back panel. A controller main body is arranged between the base and the back panel, and fixed to the second bracket. In a plan view, at least a part of the controller main body is arranged between the base and the floor portion so as to overlap with the base, and a bolt fixing the controller main body to the second bracket is arranged between a rear end of the base and the back panel.

Excavator cabin

A cab for a construction machine includes hinges that swingably mount the door to the wall. Each of the hinges includes a first member secured to a first cut-out portion of the wall, a second member secured to a second cut-out portion of the door, an interposed member interposed between the first and second members, and first and second pivot shafts pivotally respectively coupling the first and second members to the interposed member. The cab further includes first and second stoppers that regulate first and second angles of the interposed member with respect to the first and second members, respectively, and a bolt member arranged in the second stopper to move in its axial direction to adjust the second angle. An imaginary surface corresponding to an outermost part of each of the hinges is substantially coplanar with exterior surfaces of the wall and the door, when the door is closed.

Cab for construction machine

A cab includes left and right rear pole members having internal spaces and prescribed shapes in cross-section. The right rear pole member includes a first hole portion that extends along the longitudinal direction of the right rear pole member and penetrates the right rear pole member in the left-and-right direction of the right rear pole member, and a first plate-shaped member inserted into and secured in the first hole portion.

Cab and construction machine

A cab for a construction machine includes a pillar member and a beam member. The pillar member is disposed generally along a vertical direction, and includes a cutout portion and a protruding portion. The cutout portion is formed on an upper end thereof. The protruding portion is formed on the upper end on an inner side of the cutout portion with respect to a widthwise direction of the cab. The beam member is disposed generally along a direction perpendicular to the vertical direction. The beam member is joined to the pillar member with the beam member partially overlapping the cutout portion on the upper end of the pillar member in a plan view, and a lateral surface of the beam member abutting against the protruding portion.

A reinforcement structure for a pipe includes a hole section and a plate member. The hole section is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the pipe along a longitudinal direction of the pipe to pass through a peripheral wall of the pipe to reach an interior portion of the pipe. The plate member is inserted in the hole section and secured to the pipe.

A slide door-carrying cab is provided which includes a slide door capable of forming a sufficient clearance between a rear portion of the cab and a back of an operators seat, reclining the back at a sufficient angle, and giving an excellent comfortableness to an operator. The cab is provided in the position on a turntable which is offset from the center of a swinging movement thereof. An outer side portion of the cab has an outwardly bulging surface, and the slide door which moves along the curved surface is provided at a front section of the outer side portion. A rear portion of the cab is made of outwardly bulging two-dimensionally bent rear curved glass, and an outer edge of the rear portion is made to stay within a turning radius of an outer edge portion of the turntable.

Slide door-carrying cab

A cab capable of easily securing rollover protection strength at low manufacturing cost is offered. Four pillars are mounted in the front and rear, and left and right of the cab. Two of them are mounted respectively in a first position at the outer side portion where it bulges outward and in a second position on the inner side portion and opposite the first position in the left-and-right direction. At least one of the pillars is formed with a pipe. A U-shaped frame is firmly mounted between the upper ends of the left and right rear pillars among the four pillars, and directed rearward to form a U-shaped rear roof frame.
