An electronic component unit includes a housing that accommodates electronic components therein and that is provided with connecting units connected to electric wires on a vertical-direction lower surface. The housing has protruding ribs protruding downward in a vertical direction from the vertical-direction lower surface, positioned between the connecting units and respective side wall surfaces of the housing provided to sides of the vertical-direction lower surface, and extending from one end to the other end of the vertical-direction lower surface along the side wall surfaces. The electronic component unit having this configuration can prevent adhesion of water to the connecting units.

Electronic component unit

An electronic component unit and a wire harness include a bus bar plate. The bus bar plate is equipped with a resistor that has a main body and a pair of terminals protruding from the main body, and a substrate main body in which a metallic bus bar is built in a resin material and which has a component mounting section with the resistor mounted thereon. The component mounting section includes a pair of through-holes that penetrates the resin material and the bus bar and allows the terminals to pass, and a recess that is provided between the pair of through-holes, extends in a straight line shape connecting the pair of through-holes, and is capable of supporting the main body of the resistor.

Bus bar plate, electronic component unit, and wire harness

An electronic component unit and a wire harness are provided with a bus bar plate. The bus bar plate is provided with a metallic bus bar that is built in a resin material, and including a through-hole in which a terminal of a relay mounted on a mounting surface is soldered. The through-hole is provided with a bus bar through-hole which penetrates the bus bar, and a resin material through-hole which penetrates the resin material and is formed to be larger than the bus bar through-hole to expose the surface of the bus bar. When an inner diameter of the bus bar through-hole is defined as r and an inner diameter of the resin material through-hole is defined as R, 1.5r&#x2266;R is satisfied.

A locking structure includes a locking recess that is formed in a recessed shape on one of a housing which houses an electronic component and a holding member to which the housing is assembled; and a locking protrusion that is formed in a protrusion shape capable of being fitted to the locking recess on the other of the housing or the holding member and capable of being locked to the locking recess. The locking recess has a recess side corner that is formed in a curved shape at an end of the recess side locking surface that is a locking surface with the locking protrusion, and the locking protrusion has a protrusion side corner formed in a curved shape and facing the recess side corner at an end of the protrusion side locking surface that is a locking surface with the locking recess.

Locking structure, electronic component unit and wire harness

An electronic component unit includes a plate made of a resin material configured to embed metallic bus bars in the resin material and mount electronic components thereon, and a supporting member to which the plate is assembled. The plate has a plurality of exposed ends at which the bus bars are partially exposed on edge surfaces of the plate. The supporting member includes protrusions that are formed on opposed surfaces facing the edge surfaces of the plate such that the protrusions face the edge surfaces of the plate, protrude from the opposed surfaces toward the edge surface sides of the plate, and are each located between the adjacent exposed ends in an arrangement direction of the multiple exposed ends.

Electronic component unit and wire harness

The electric connection box includes a case receiving various electric components, like a relay, a fuse, and a connector. The case includes a low-height area with a lower height about height than other area of the case. A plurality of ribs forming a grid shape by intersecting to each other is provided on a bottom surface of the low-height area.

Electric connection box

The present invention is to provide an electric connection box which can prevent a fuse attaching portion from being heated to high temperature. The electric connection box includes a fuse attaching portion in which a plurality of fuses are directly aligned and attached, a case body having a plurality of the fuse attaching portions on an upper surface thereof, and a hole provided between the fuse attaching portions, the hole passing through the case body from a lower surface to the upper surface thereof. The hole is separated into a small hole smaller than a size of the fuse by a partition wall.

Electric connection box structure

The electric connection box includes a case main body; a lower cover to be attached at the case main body; a harness-through opening to be structured into a cylindrical shape with the case main body and the lower cover; a wiring harness to be passed through the harness-through opening; and a water-protect elastic sheet wound around the wiring harness to be arranged in the harness-through opening. The harness-through opening has a large diameter portion, which has an inner diameter larger than an outer diameter of the part of the wiring harness wound with the water-protect sheet, and a small diameter portion, which has an inner diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the part of the wiring harness wound with the water-protect sheet.

An electric junction box is provided having a receiving portion enabling a joint to be securely press-fitted into a joint, even if the outer diameter of the joint varies within a wide range. An electric junction box is comprised of a joint having electrical conduits that are electrically connected to each other at their terminals, and a cap disposed on the terminals, and a receiving portion which the joint is press-fitted into. The receiving portion comprises a recess having an inner surface facing an outer surface of the joint, and a rib projection disposed on the inner surface of the recess. The rib projection has a tapered portion inclined toward the bottom of the recess thus approximating the center portion of the bottom.

Electric junction box joint structure

Circuit members and electrical parts, connected to the circuit members, are mounted within a pair of division housings and terminals, extending from the circuit members, project outwardly from the division housings, and the two division housings are joined together to form a connector. Walls of the pair of division housings are alternately superposed together. An opening is formed in an outer wall of each of the two division housings, and the circuit members are exposed through the opening. The electrical parts, mounted within the two division housings, are arranged alternately. The pair of division housings, jointed together, are received within a case, and the case has a hood portion for the connector.

Connector structure

An electric connection box includes a harness holding portion formed on a lower wall of a lower cover and extending downwardly from the lower cover, and a fixing member which fixes a wire harness, led out through a harness lead-out through hole, to the harness holding portion.

In an electric connection box, even if accuracy of a relative position between a first screw passage hole and a first screw hole, as well as accuracy of a relative position between a second screw passage hole and a second screw hole, is low, the relative positional relation between the first screw passage hole and the first screw hole, as well as the relative positional relation between the second screw passage hole and the second screw hole, can be adjusted because of the provision of a gap between an outer peripheral surface of a constricted engagement portion of a provisionally-placing projection and a hole-defining peripheral surface of a mounting member at the time of mounting a connection box body on the mounting member so that the passage of a first screw through the first screw passage hole and the first screw hole, as well as the passage of a second screw through the second screw passage hole and the second screw hole, can be easily carried out.

A relay part is housed in a case, a fuse mounting part is provided above the relay part in the case and a fuse is attached/detached to/from the fuse mounting part from above the case. In the case, provided are an internal cover and a bus bar supporting resin body, which cover the periphery of the relay part. A drainage channel is provided in outer surfaces of the internal cover and the bus bar supporting resin body. In addition, a drainage hole which drains water flowing through the drainage channel to the outside of the case is provided in the case. The drainage channel includes an upper groove which is formed in an upper surface of the bus bar supporting resin body and has an inclined surface on its bottom and a side groove which is communicated with a lowest portion of the inclined surface of the upper groove and is formed on a side of the internal cover.
