The invention relates to a rear axle arrangement for a heavy vehicle, e.g. a freight vehicle. The vehicle incorporates a number of wheels which bear the vehicle and an elongate chassis element which extends in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The rear axle arrangement incorporates at least one separate rear axle unit which includes a loadbearing frame structure and two of said wheels. The frame structure extends between a first end region and a second end region in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and the first end region of the frame structure is designed to be connected to the elongate chassis element. In addition, the two wheels are suspended on the frame structure.

Rear axle arrangement for a heavy vehicle

The invention relates to a front axle arrangement for a heavy vehicle, e.g. a freight vehicle. The vehicle incorporates a number of wheels ( ) which bear the vehicle, and an engine unit ( ) for the vehicle's propulsion and a longitudinal chassis element ( ) which extends along the vehicle's longitudinal axis in the normal direction of forward movement of the vehicle. The front axle arrangement forms a separate front axle unit ( ) incorporating a frame structure ( ) which is intended to be connected to the longitudinal chassis element, and two of said wheels which are suspended in the frame structure. The front axle unit ( ) is intended to bear the engine unit ( ) in such a way that the latter extends in through a central aperture of the frame structure ( ) and can at least partially be extracted from the front axle unit.

Front axle arrangement for a heavy vehicle

The invention relates to an arrangement and a method for fastening panel-like elements to a vehicle. The arrangement incorporates a first part of a velcro&reg; fastening the latter consisting of a hook part and a felt part which is attached to the panel element, and a second part of the velcro fastening which is attached to the part of the vehicle which is intended to support the panel element. The portion of the surface of the panel element where the first part of the velcro&reg; fastening is arranged is situated centrally to, but at a predetermined distance from, the portion of the surface of the vehicle part where the second part of the velcro&reg; fastening is arranged. In fastening a panel element, e.g. a wearing layer, to a vehicle, at least a first part of the velcro&reg; fastening is attached to the panel element before the latter is placed in the vehicle. The velcro&reg; fastening's second part may either be hooked securely to the first part when the latter is fastened to the panel or be fastened to the vehicle separately.
