A method comprises storing an ontology for a data store, wherein the ontology comprises a plurality of data object types and a plurality of object property types. The method also comprises storing a validator for a particular object property type of the plurality of object property types, wherein the validator specifies a permitted value for the particular object property type, and storing a parser definition corresponding to the particular object property type, wherein the parser definition specifying a permitted format for the particular object property type. In addition, the method comprises receiving user input that changes a particular data object type of the plurality of data object types, including changing the particular object property type. Finally, the method comprises updating the validator for the particular object property type, and updating the parser definition corresponding to the particular object property type.

Creating data in a data store using a dynamic ontology

Immediate and modified release oral dosage forms of tebipenem pivoxil including dosage form cores are provided. The dosage form core includes tebipenem pivoxil in free base or salt form, and excipients including a binder, a lubricant, optionally a diluent, and optional additional excipients. The weight to weight ratio of tebipenem pivoxil to the excipients in the dosage form core is from 30:60 to 60:30. The disclosure includes methods of treating bacterial infections including complicated urinary tract infections.

The disclosure also includes a composition, comprising a crystalline tebipenem pivoxil salt and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and further includes a method for treating an antibiotic resistant bacterial infection, comprising administering to a patient in need of such treatment a therapeutically effective amount of a crystalline tebipenem pivoxil salt.

Tebipenem pivoxil crystalline forms, compositions including the same, methods of manufacture, and methods of use

The disclosure provides a tebipenem pivoxil HBr formulation in the form of a tablet core comprising at least 70% (w/w) tebipenem pivoxil HBr, and in certain embodiment more than 80% (w/w) tebipenem pivoxil HBr. The disclosure provides a tebipenem pivoxil HBr tablet core comprising at least 70% w/w tebipenem pivoxil HBr, 5-25% w/w of a diluent, 0.5 to 5% w/w of a glidant, 0.5 to 5% w/w of a lubricant, and optionally 0.5 to 5% w/w of disintegrant. The disclosure provides methods of treating a patient who has a bacterial infection such as complicated urinary tract infection (cUTI), acute and chronic pyelonephritis, an upper or lower respiratory infection, or bacteremia by administering a formulation of the disclosure to the patient.

In one embodiment, a method comprises creating and storing an ontology for a data store in response to receiving first user input defining the ontology, wherein the ontology comprises a plurality of data object types and a plurality of object property types; creating one or more parser definitions in response to receiving second user input defining the parser definitions, wherein each of the parser definitions specifies one or more sub-definitions of how to transform first input data into modified input data that is compatible with one of the object property types; and storing each of the one or more parser definitions in association with one of the plurality of object property types.
