A power conversion device includes: a switching signal generator configured to generate a switching signal to output, from an inverter circuit, an AC voltage corresponding to a designated phase; a speed estimator configured to estimate an estimated phase of a rotor of a motor based on a current flowing through the motor; and a beat suppression controller configured to output an adjusted phase to the switching signal generator so as to suppress a beat component superimposed on the current flowing through the motor, the adjusted phase being obtained by adjusting the estimated phase.

A rotary machine control device includes a voltage application unit that applies a voltage to a rotary machine with three phases, a current detection unit that outputs current information representing information on a current caused to flow to the rotary machine by application of the voltage, a control unit that outputs a voltage command to apply a voltage between each of pairs of the phases of the rotary machine, and an open phase determination unit that performs open phase determination to determine whether an open phase occurs in the rotary machine, by detecting the values of currents flowing between the respective pairs of the phases by monitoring the voltage command and the current information, and by comparing the sum of the values of the currents flowing between the respective pairs of the phases with a predetermined reference value.

Rotary machine control device, refrigerant compression device, refrigeration cycle apparatus, and air conditioner

A controller includes: a connection switch that switches a connection state of a winding of a synchronous motor during a rotating operation of the synchronous motor; a current detector that detects a rotary machine current flowing in the synchronous motor; a position/speed estimator that estimates a magnetic pole position and speed of a rotor; a voltage applicator that applies a voltage to the synchronous motor; and a control circuitry that generates a voltage command given to the voltage applicator on the basis of the magnetic pole position and the speed, and outputs a switching operation command for switching the connection state to the connection switch. The control circuitry generates the voltage command to bring the rotary machine current close to zero before the connection state of the winding is switched.

A rotary-machine control device includes: a connection switching device switching a connection state of stator windings of a rotary machine; a current detection unit detecting a rotary machine current flowing in the rotary machine; a voltage application unit applying voltage to the rotary machine; a control unit generating a voltage command provided to the voltage application unit and outputting a switching command to switch the connection state to the connection switching device; and an open-phase determination unit determining presence or absence of disconnection in the rotary machine or presence or absence of disconnection of a power distribution line to the rotary machine. During rotation of the rotary machine, the control unit outputs the switching command and the open-phase determination unit determines presence or absence of disconnection.

A drive system includes a current detection unit that detects a current flowing to a main synchronous motor, and a current detection unit that detects a current flowing to a secondary synchronous motor. The drive system includes a magnetic pole position estimation unit that estimates the magnetic pole position of the rotor of the main synchronous motor, and a magnetic pole position estimation unit that estimates the magnetic pole position of the rotor of the secondary synchronous motor. The drive system includes a current control unit that outputs a voltage command, and a secondary torque current pulsating component extraction unit that extracts a pulsating component. The drive system includes a subtracter that determines an angle difference, and a magnetic flux current command determination unit that determines a magnetic flux current command.
