Methods, systems, and computer program products for mining multi-party collaboration platforms to create triaging trees and playbooks are provided herein. A computer-implemented method includes obtaining, from a multi-user platform, conversations related to at least one technical issue; generating a plurality of triaging trees by analyzing the conversations, wherein each of the triaging trees stores information corresponding to temporal sequences of steps related to diagnosing and resolving said at least one technical issue; and deriving a playbook for resolving said at least one technical issue at least in part by combining two or more of the plurality of triaging trees.

Mining multi-party collaboration platforms to create triaging trees and playbooks

A method, system, and computer program product for managing communication privacy in a conversation system are provided. The method detects an utterance on a public channel by a user of a computing device. A privacy nature of the utterance is determined. Based on the privacy nature, a classification confidence is determined for the utterance. The method generates a privacy question to be presented to the user based on the privacy nature and the classification confidence. In response to a confirmation response, a privacy channel is established. The method switches from the public channel to the privacy channel.

Managing communication privacy in encroaching environments

A computer-implemented method gathers a set of previously filed applications, performs intent identification on the set, clusters applications in the set based on identified common intents, receives input from user and identifying intent of the input, matches the input to a cluster based on a common intent, and generates a new application based on the input using filed applications in a cluster having a common intent between the cluster and the input.

Automatical process application generation

Embodiments provide systems, methods, and computer-readable storage media for automated and objective testing of applications or processes. Graphical representations of the application may be analyzed to derive attribute data and identify flows (e.g., possible processing paths that may be accessed during utilization of the application by a user). Test cases may be automatically generated based on the attribute data and the identified flows. Additionally, testing scripts for testing the portions of the application corresponding to each identified flow may be generated using machine learning logic. Once generated, the testing scripts may be executed against the application to test different portions of the application functionality (or processes). Execution of the testing scripts may be monitored to generate feedback used to train the machine learning logic. Reports may be generated based on the monitoring and provided to users to enable the users to resolve any errors encountered during the testing.

Smart test case generator

Systems, computer-implemented methods, and computer program products that facilitate synthetic system fault generation are provided. According to an embodiment, a system can comprise a processor that executes the following computer-executable components stored in a non-transitory computer readable medium: a generator component that employs a trained artificial intelligence (AI) model to generate a synthetic system fault, represented as a combination of discrete parameters and continuous parameters that define a system state; and a fault assembler component that analyzes the synthetic system fault and generates textual content corresponding to the synthetic system fault.

Methods, computer program products, and/or systems are provided that perform the following operations: in an information technology (IT) management system, grouping one or more ongoing service failure events into a service failure record; identifying a representative event for the service failure record; identifying one or more conversations that relate to the one or more ongoing service events; computing, using a similarity algorithm, feature similarity scores for respective conversations of the one or more conversations based, at least in part, on the features associated with the representative event and features associated with the respective conversations; linking a subset of the one or more conversations to the one or more ongoing service events in the service failure record based, at least in part, on the computed feature similarity scores; and providing the service failure record to a collaboration platform utilized in addressing the one or more ongoing service events.

Methods, systems, and computer program products for fault localization for cloud-native applications are provided herein. A computer-implemented method includes classifying an event-related alert directed to at least one system by processing one or more characteristics of the event-related alert; obtaining and processing multiple application logs based at least in part on the classification of the event-related alert; identifying error logs among the multiple application logs based at least in part on the processing of the multiple application logs; ordering the error logs using one or more prioritization techniques; and performing at least one automated action based at least in part on the ordering of the error logs.

Fault localization for cloud-native applications

One embodiment provides a method, including: obtaining a plurality of conversational logs; generating a human agent emulator and a user emulator; providing a workspace for a conversational agent, so that an agent designer generates a conversational specification for the conversational agent, wherein the generating a conversational specification comprises: receiving a selection, by the agent designer, of at least one intent for the conversational agent, wherein the receiving a selection is responsive to the conversational agent workspace providing suggestions for intents; providing at least one suggestion for a dialog node that corresponds to the selected at least one intent; and generating a dialog flow for the conversational agent, wherein the generating comprises iteratively receiving, from the agent designer, selection of at least one aspect and receiving at least one selection of the at least one suggestion for dialog nodes; and providing the conversational agent.

One embodiment provides a method, including: obtaining a plurality of chatlogs involving a conversational agent, wherein the plurality of chatlogs represent interactions between users and the conversational agent; identifying dialog states of the conversational agent, wherein each dialog state corresponds to a possible response by the conversational agent; generating a dialog tree including one or more dialog flows of the conversational agent, wherein a dialog flow represents an interaction that occurred between the conversational agent and a user; and providing a conversational reflow user interface for a conversational reflow system allowing execution of the conversational agent to mimic interactions between users and the conversational agent, wherein the conversational reflow system advances through dialog flows based upon input provided by a user at the conversational reflow user interface and the conversational reflow user interface displays output based upon the dialog states of the dialog tree.

The method includes learning, by a processor device, a set R of entity relation mining rules from a set K of known entity utterances uttered by known entities. One embodiment provides a method, including: receiving information corresponding to a dialog flow between a conversational agent and a user; identifying, from the received information, dialog states, each dialog state corresponding to a possible response by the conversational agent; classifying a set of the identified dialog states as grounded dialog states, wherein the classifying comprises (i) receiving scoring input representing a desirability for each of the grounded dialog states and (ii) generating a score vector; assigning a score vector to each of the identified dialog states other than the grounded dialog states, wherein the assigning a score vector comprises extrapolating the score vector of a grounded dialog state to dialog states that the grounded dialog state is dependent upon; and computing an aggregate score vector for the dialog flow, wherein the aggregate vector score identifies an overall desirability of the dialog flow.

Examples relate to scaling persistent connections for cloud computing. In some examples, a data packet is used to determine connection information of the first connection. At this stage, server portion of the first connection is closed by using the connection information to send a close command to the cloud server. In response to a keepalive signal from the client computing device, the connection information is used to send a keepalive response to the client computing device to maintain a client portion of the first connection. In response to a service request from the client computing device, a service notification including the service request is sent to the client computing device, where the client computing device initiates a second connection with the cloud server to process the service request.
