A system and a method for an integrated test on a primary-secondary pole-mounted breaker. The method includes: establishing an electrical connection between the system and the primary-secondary pole-mounted breaker; establishing a communication connection between the system and the primary-secondary pole-mounted breaker; applying, by the system, a voltage signal and a current signal to the primary-secondary pole-mounted breaker through the electrical connection, to generate a voltage and a current on the primary-secondary pole-mounted breaker; collecting, by the system, signals of the voltage and the current fed back from the primary-secondary pole-mounted breaker through the communication connection; performing, by the system, an integrated accuracy test and an integrated protection test; outputting a test result of the accuracy test and a test result of the integrated protection test to the industrial control machine, to generate the test report. A blind zone in quality control of primary-secondary pole-mounted breakers is eliminated. Efficiency is improved in testing primary-secondary pole-mounted breakers.

A control method and a control circuit for a switching power supply circuit and the switching power supply circuit. The switching power supply circuit includes a main switching transistor, a synchronous rectifier and an inductive element. When a switching signal indicates that the synchronous rectifier is turned from on to off, and the main switching transistor is turned from off to on, a gate voltage of the synchronous rectifier is pulled down to be lower than a threshold voltage of the synchronous rectifier and higher than a zero voltage by using a resistor-capacitor delay effect and timing is started. When a gate voltage of the main switching transistor is detected to rise to a first voltage or the timing reaches a first time, the gate voltage of the synchronous rectifier is pulled down to the zero voltage.

A power device driving method and a driving circuit for a switching circuit having a main switching transistor, a synchronous rectifier, and an inductive element. When a switching signal indicates that the synchronous rectifier is turned from on to off and the main switching transistor is turned from off to on, a gate voltage of the synchronous rectifier is pulled down to be lower than a threshold voltage of the synchronous rectifier and higher than zero voltage by a body effect of a MOS transistor, and timing is started. When detecting that a gate voltage of the main switching transistor rises to a first voltage or the timing reaches a first time, the gate voltage of the synchronous rectifier is pulled down to the zero voltage.

Power device driving method and drive circuit for switching circuit, and the switching circuit

A switching power supply using a power switch, and a drive circuit therefor are disclosed. This circuit includes a power supplying capacitor with distal end connected with control terminal of the power switch and proximal end to receive a voltage regulation signal generated by a first control signal and a pulse signal. The power switch may be turned on or off, depending on whether the first control signal is placed in a first state during which the voltage regulation signal is in pulse state with the voltage at said distal end made effective, or in a second state during which the voltage regulation signal is in low-level state with the voltage at said distal end made ineffective. A continuous drive and power supplying for the switching power supply is realized, and the capacitance of said capacitor is small, thereby facilitating circuit integration.
