The disclosure discloses a control method of pattern loading for a high speed double needle bar warp knitting machine. Through disposing two or more than two high speed FIFO pattern data cache regions on a shog controller, a data read-write conversion function of each cache region continuously and automatically is respectively realized. Needle collision caused by guide bar shogging during pattern loading is avoided. Pattern loading steps of the double needle bar warp knitting machine are simplified; the work intensity is reduced; and the work reliability is improved.

Control method of pattern loading for high speed double needle bar warp knitting machine

A knitting method and an apparatus for a cylindrical biaxial weft-knitted three-dimensional knitted structure. The biaxial three-dimensional knitted structure comprises two weft plain stitch structures ('), a group of spacer yarns (), two groups of weft inserting yarns (&#x2032;) and a group of warp inserting yarns (), wherein the two groups of weft inserting yarns are used for selective weft inserting on a needle dial () or a needle cylinder (), the warp inserting yarns are positioned between the two groups of weft inserting yarns, the two weft plain stitch structures are connected with each other by the group of spacer yarns, for jointly clamping the weft inserting yarns and the warp inserting yarns, in order to form a biaxial weft-knitted three-dimensional knitted structure. Such three-dimensional knitted structure improves the mechanical properties of three-dimensional knitted fabrics; by increasing the interval between the needle dial and the needle cylinder, the thickness of the knitted structure is increased, which is suitable for the reinforced structure of high-performance structural and functional composite materials, and expand the field of the use of the knitted structures.

Knitting apparatus for cylindrical biaxial three-dimensional weft knitted structure

A method for knitting fall-plate structures on warp-knitting machines, including: the fall-plate guide bar makes an overlap when the groove needle bar is going upward and the previous loop is held by the sinker bar; the groove needle bar and the tongue bar simultaneously go downward but these two items are kept not closed, and the overlapped yarn and the previous loop are slipping inside together; the groove needle bar go upward again while both the fall-plate yarn and the previous loop are held by the sinker bar, making the two yarns slip out of the groove needle. Meanwhile, a ground guide bar makes an overlap, finishing lapping. When moving the groove needle bar downward for a second time, retreating the old loop and the pressed yarn; forming a new loop, by the ground yarn; placing the pressed yarn under the new loop; and forming the fall-plate structures.
