An air-conditioning control system includes an information receiver configured to communicate with a second vehicle around a first vehicle, to acquire drive source information of the second vehicle, and an air-conditioning controller configured to control an air conditioner of the first vehicle in an inside air recirculation mode or in an outside air introduction mode based on the drive source information. The drive source information includes active drive source information indicating a drive source that is currently active in the second vehicle, such that the air conditioner is controlled in accordance with the active drive source.

A communication terminal includes a touch panel provided with a display device and an input device. The touch panel displays a request to rescue a rescued person and displays a plurality of modes of transportation to go to the rescued person and a travel time for each of the modes of transportation. The touch panel is provided with a reply button for selecting one of the modes of transportation and inputting a reply of going to the rescued person. The touch panel can also display a map showing a location of the rescued person or information on a symptom of the rescued person.

An air-conditioning control system acquires settlement information on an electronic settlement performed by an occupant D of a vehicle using a mobile terminal via a car-navigation system from the mobile terminal having an electronic settlement function, and controls an air conditioner on the basis of the acquired settlement information. A rescue system includes a receiver, an emergency medical staff arrival time estimation unit, an acquisition unit, a user arrival time estimation unit, and a transmitter. The receiver receives a request for rescue of a rescued person and rescued person location information. The emergency medical staff arrival time estimation unit estimates an emergency medical staff arrival time at which an emergency medical staff arrives at the rescued person based on the rescued person location information. The acquisition unit acquires user location information of a registered user that is a candidate for a rescuer. The user arrival time estimation unit estimates the user arrival time when the registered user arrives at the rescued person based on the user location information. The transmitter transmits the request for rescue to the registered user that is able to arrive earlier than the emergency medical staff.
