A production line for producing components to a high standard of cleanliness and sealed and protected in that state includes a loading device, a cleaning device, a detecting device, a pasting device, a heat-sealing device, a packing device, and transfer devices of the production line. The production line automatically processes the components for obtaining components with the high cleanliness. By the processes of protective film pasting, heat-sealing, and packing, the components may be further protected from subsequent pollution. A method for producing components with a high cleanliness applied to the production line is also disclosed.

A mechanism for polishing includes a polishing member, an eccentric member coupled to the polishing member, and a driving member coupled to the eccentric member. The driving member drives the eccentric member to rotate to move the polishing member to reciprocate in the one-dimensional direction, so that when a relative position between the polishing mechanism and the workpiece is fixed, the polishing member polishes a workpiece by translating a polishing surface. A method for the polishing process, applied by a polishing device, is also disclosed. By using the polishing mechanism, the entirety of the polishable surface of the workpiece can be covered, and collapsed edges of the workpiece are avoided.

A dispensing device includes a dispensing mechanism and a calibration mechanism coupled to the dispensing mechanism. The calibration mechanism includes a control unit. The control unit is configured to detect a position difference between a dispensing needle and a reference coordinate in a direction. The dispensing mechanism is configured to adjust the dispensing needle in the direction according to the position difference.

Pneumatic machining device includes a fixing plate, a hollow piston shell, a piston group, a machining tool, a first sealing group, and a second sealing group. The piston shell is fixed to the fixing plate and coupled to a first external pressure source and second external pressure source to feed gas into the piston shell to drive the piston group and the machining tool, respectively. The piston group and the first and second sealing groups are received inside the piston shell. The piston group is driven by the first external pressure source to move away from the fixing plate. The first and second sealing groups divide the piston shell into a number of chambers for controlling a gas pressure. The machining tool is coupled to the piston group and extends out of the piston shell to machine a workpiece as the piston group moves away from the fixing plate.

A pressure detection device includes a connection seat, a pressure transducer connected to the connection seat, and an overload protection member connected to the connection seat. The pressure transducer includes a housing and a detection sleeve received in the housing. The housing is mounted on the connection seat. The overload protection member is positioned above the detection sleeve. A buffering space is formed between the overload protection member and the detection sleeve, so that the overload protection member can bear an amount of exerted pressure when being overloaded.
