A rotor for a motor is proposed, the rotor including: a magnet coupled to a shaft to surround an outer surface of the shaft and having opposite-polar magnetic portions circumferentially alternately arranged; a first fixed ring fixed to the shaft to surround an outer surface of the shaft, disposed in contact with an upper portion of the magnet, and having a first coupling portion at a lower end being in contact with a top of the magnet to prevent rotation relative to the magnet; and a second fixed ring fixed to the shaft to surround the outer surface of the shaft, disposed in contact with a lower portion of the magnet, and having a second coupling portion at an upper end being in contact with a bottom of the magnet to prevent rotation relative to the magnet.

A centrifugal pump sealing structure is provided. In one aspect, one sealing member is provided at a position where leakage paths from a fluid compression space between a middle housing and a cover and an electric component installation space between the middle housing and a lower housing are connected. Then, the two spaces are sealed. The number of sealing members is reduced, so that the internal structure becomes simpler and the assembly of the sealing member becomes easier.

A noise reduction wall protrudes along a circumference of an upper surface of the noise reduction member.

Noise reduction type purge control solenoid valve

A purge control solenoid valve includes a gas access body including an evaporation gas inlet, an evaporation gas outlet, and a path that connects the evaporation gas inlet and the evaporation gas outlet; a valve operation body including an armature coupled to the gas access body and performing a reciprocating motion in a direction in which the armature is brought into close contact with or separated from the path by a core that generates a magnetic force; and an armature top member being in close contact with or separated from the path due to the reciprocating motion of the armature to open or close the path. The armature top member has a non-adhesion coating formed on a top surface of a body thereof, and the non-adhesion coating includes a binder, graphite, polytetrafluoroethylene, and a crosslinking agent.

Purge control solenoid valve with non-adhesion coating at low temperatures and method for manufacturing the same

A purge control solenoid valve may include a middle housing in which an inlet flow path is formed and a middle flow path is formed on a center; a valve housing in which a driving module selectively communicating the inlet flow path and the middle flow path is installed; an upper cover coupled to the upper part of the middle housing and including a upper flow path selectively communicated with the middle flow path on the center; and a membrane provided on the upper cover and selectively communicating the middle flow path and the upper flow path.

Purge control solenoid valve

Ejector for vaporized fuel gas recirculation devices

An idle gear assembly comprises an outer ring having gear teeth formed on an external surface thereof and engaged with a crank gear and any one of the left and right balance gears. A bearing includes an inner member and an outer member in a radial direction of the bearing and a plurality of rolling bodies disposed between the inner member and the outer member. A ring has elasticity in a radial direction thereof. A hub has a flange, which is in contact with the bearing, and a penetration hole. The flange and the penetration hole are formed at one side of the hub in an axial direction. A nut is inserted through another side and mounted at a hollow portion of the ring. A bolt is inserted through the insertion hole of the bearing, the penetration hole, and the nut and fixes the bearing and the hub.

Idle gear assembly

A structure of an engine includes: a crankshaft module configured to convert reciprocal motion of a piston into rotational motion; and a first balance shaft module and a second balance shaft module configured to reduce vibration of the engine, in which the first balance shaft module is directly gear-meshed with the crankshaft module, and the second balance shaft module is gear-meshed with the crankshaft module through an intermediate gear.

A balance shaft module of an engine, may include a crank sprocket driving gear for receiving a power of a crankshaft of the engine, a crank sprocket driven gear engaged with the crank sprocket driving gear and receiving a power of the crank sprocket driving gear, a first balance shaft arranged coaxially with the crank sprocket driven gear and having a first driving gear to receive a power from the crank sprocket driven gear, and a second balance shaft receiving a power through a second driven gear engaged with the first driving gear.
