An antenna unit is configured to transmit and/or receive signals and is connected to transmitting/receiving unit via a signal cable. A control device is configured to adjust signal strength by modifying gain of the control device. A calibration signal is provided by the transmitting/receiving unit and the signal strength of the calibration signal is used to adjust the gain of the control device.

The disclosure relates to a circuit arrangement for transmitting uplink and downlink signals between at least one terminal device and at least one antenna, wherein the circuit arrangement comprises a signal coupler for providing a decoupled uplink or downlink signal, a device for providing a reference signal of adjustable frequency, a mixer for mixing the decoupled signal and the reference signal and a filter device for low-pass or bandpass filtering of the mixed signal, wherein the circuit arrangement comprises an evaluation device for evaluating the filtered signal, wherein, depending on the adjusted frequency of the reference signal and on at least one signal property of the filtered signal, a frequency band or channel in which the transmitted signal is being transmitted can be identified, and also to a method for identifying a frequency band or channel.

Circuit arrangement and method for identifying a frequency band or channel

A circuit arrangement capable of adjusting signal parameters of a plurality of signals that is transmitted between one or more terminals and one or more antennas is provided. The circuit arrangement is configured to separate a common signal path for the plurality of signals into a plurality of individual signal paths, wherein two or more signal paths of the plurality of signal paths are configured to carry different single signals. A signal adjusting section is configured to independently adjusting one or more signal parameters for two or more single signals.

Circuit arrangement and method for adjusting signal parameters

Methods and devices are disclosed for amplifying radio signals between a terminal and an antenna or an antenna connection of a circuit having an amplification unit and a detector unit, which has signal branches designed for different frequency ranges, and a power detector. A transmission signal received by the terminal is divided into at least a first signal part and a second signal part. The first signal part is applied to the signal branches of the detector unit. A frequency range of the first signal part is determined by sequential application of the signal branches of the detector unit to the power detector for evaluating a power of the first signal part. For the second signal part, the signal routing in the amplification unit is adjusted based on the frequency range determined by the detector unit. At least the second signal part is amplified by the amplification unit.

Method and devices for determining a frequency range of a signal to be transmitted

A signal coupling apparatus for transmitting transmission signals between a terminal and an antenna includes a terminal-side interface, at least one attenuation device and at least one connection signal arm for connecting the terminal-side interface with the attenuation device. At least a first transmission activity detection device is coupled with the connection signal arm for signaling purposes. The first transmission activity detection device is capable of generating a protection signal for controlling the attenuation device if a transmission power of a transmission signal is greater than a predetermined power. There is also described a method for operating such a signal coupling apparatus.
