Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for wireless communication by a user equipment (UE), including receiving, from a network entity, default bandwidth part (BWP) configuration information for a plurality of modes of operation of the network entity, the plurality of modes comprising a first mode and a second mode, and the default BWP configuration information indicating a first default BWP for the first mode and a second default BWP for the second mode; receiving, from the network entity, a mode indication indicating the network entity is operating in the first mode; and communicating with the network entity using the first default BWP based on receiving the mode indication and based on expiration of an inactivity timer.

Default bandwidth part (BWP) operation

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A network entity may select a network energy saving mode from a set of network energy saving modes based on traffic conditions. The network entity may transmit a message indicating the network energy saving mode, a set of operating states corresponding to the network energy saving mode, and one or more time durations corresponding to the set of operating states, the set of operating states associated with one or more operating parameters corresponding to the one or more time durations. After transmitting the message, the network entity may activate the network energy saving mode for one or more components based on the one or more time durations. The UE may receive the message and perform one or more operations in accordance with the one or more operating parameters for the one or more time durations based on receiving the message.

Operating states in green network energy saving modes

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive first control signaling indicating a first network operation sequence associated with a first component carrier, the first network operation sequence including a first set of time intervals corresponding to a first set of network operation modes for the first component carrier. The UE may additionally receive second control signaling indicating a second network operation sequence associated with a second component carrier, the second network operation sequence including a second set of time intervals corresponding to a second set of network operation modes for the second component carrier. The UE may then communicate via the first component carrier in accordance with the first network operation sequence, and communicate via the second component carrier in accordance with the second network operation sequence.

Techniques for network energy saving sequences and cell interaction

Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide reference signal configurations including transmission power control offsets for multiple cells. In one example, a network entity obtains a reference signal configuration that comprises one or more transmission power control offsets for a first cell and one or more transmission power control offsets for a second cell.

Downlink power control in wireless communications

In some examples, if a user equipment (UE) and/or a network entity determines that at least a portion of a TRS is scheduled for reception in an uplink subband or a guard band of an SBFD slot or symbol, the UE and/or the network entity may: drop the TRS, puncture the portion of the TRS that overlaps with the uplink subband or the guard band; or may shift the frequency position of the TRS such that the TRS is scheduled within the downlink subband(s) of the SBFD slot or symbol.

Tracking reference signals in full duplex operation

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described for systems that use resource bandwidths within one or more bandwidth parts (BWPs). Such resource bandwidths may be configured in one or more BWPs to support relatively fast switching and allow enhanced flexibility for communications within a BWP. Within one or more BWPs, downlink reference signal resources of a first resource bandwidth may be associated with one or multiple uplink resources of a second resource bandwidth, and precoding for uplink communications in the one or multiple uplink resources may be calculated based on the associated downlink reference signal resources. Additionally or alternatively, abeam used for uplink communications may be provided to the UE in transmission control information (TCI). Further, in some cases, multiple disjoint subsets of uplink frequency resources within a resource bandwidth may use different beams, according to an indication provided in TCI.

Uplink reference signal techniques for non-codebook-based wireless communications

A user equipment (UE) may receive, via a first bandwidth part, a first downlink control information message activating a semi-persistent resource for the first bandwidth part. The UE may switching to a second bandwidth part from the first bandwidth part for a temporary duration. the UE may delay, based on switching to the second bandwidth part, communications via the semi-persistent resource on the first bandwidth part for the temporary duration without receiving a second downlink control information message via the first bandwidth part that deactivates or releases the semi-persistent resource.

Deactivation of semi-persistent scheduling and configured grant resources during temporary bandwidth part switching

Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a network node, information that indicates a periodic sequence of network energy saving (NES) states that are each associated with an antenna configuration of the network node. The UE may receive, from the network node during a current time period, one or more downlink transmissions using a maximum quantity of multiple input multiple output (MIMO) layers associated with an active NES state that is identified for a current time period based at least in part on the periodic sequence of NES states. Additionally or alternatively, the UE may transmit, to the network node during the current time period, one or more sounding reference signal (SRS) transmissions using an SRS antenna sounding configuration associated with the active NES state for the current time period. Joint antenna adaptation in energy saving networks

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) linkage indication that is based at least in part on a slot configuration. The UE may receive a first PDCCH in a first PDCCH occasion and a second PDCCH that is a repetition of the first PDCCH in a second PDCCH occasion, the second PDCCH occasion comprising an occurrence of one or more air interface resources configured with the slot configuration. Physical downlink control channel linkage across different slots

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In one aspect, a UE may report channel state feedback (CSF) to a network entity based on channel state information (CSI) measurements and CLI measurements. In another aspect, a UE may explicitly report CLI measurements to a network entity. In yet another aspect, a UE may report a signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR) to a network entity based on CLI measurements, and the network entity may trigger the UE to perform further CLI measurements on signals received from other UEs based on the SINR. In yet another aspect, a UE may generate a report using CLI measurements based on whether the UE is allocated enough time to generate and transmit the report. In yet another aspect, a UE may identify a suitable priority for reporting CLI to a network entity.

Prioritization and timing for cross-link interference reporting

A method for wireless communication by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving a configuration of a downlink bandwidth part (BWP). The method also includes receiving a frequency domain resource allocation (FDRA) in a slot. The FDRA includes a first type of bits corresponding to a downlink allocation within the downlink BWP and a second type of bits corresponding to either a known sequence or repeated bits. Scheduling downlink control information (DCI) in sub-band full-duplex (SBFD) slots

A first wireless device such as a user equipment (UE) may receive a first message that indicates one or more resource allocation parameters associated with a bandwidth part (BWP). The one or more resource allocation parameters may include an indication of a first available resource block of the BWP, an indication of an effective size of the BWP, or both. The UE may then receive a second message that indicates a resource allocation for communicating with a network entity via the BWP during a transmission time interval (TTI). The UE may then communicate with the network entity during the transmission time interval in accordance with the resource allocation and based on applying the one or more resource allocation parameters.

Adaptation of a first available resource block and resource block group size for full-duplex communications

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit, in a cell wake-up occasion associated with a network node that is operating in a power saving mode, a cell wake-up signal (C-WUS) that indicates a latency tolerance priority associated with the UE. In some aspects, a use equipment (UE) may receive a crosslink interference (CLI) training session configuration from a network entity, wherein the CLI training session configuration corresponds to a CLI training session for a plurality of UEs including the UE. The UE may determine a CLI feedback information associated with performing the CLI training session and may transmit the CLI feedback information to the network entity.
