Wireless Charging Smart-Gem Jewelry System and Associated Cloud Server comprising a wearable electronic gemstone capable of sensing the emotional state and bodily vital signs of the user and being wirelessly charged and a mobile device capable of communicating with the electronic gemstone such that a cloud server manages communications between members of a social network wearing the electronically smart gemstone. The disclosed Jewelry System provides a custom gemstone with symbol-carved light effects, wireless charging of the stone electronics through universal audio jack of any mobile device, and electrical stimulation of the user along with visual triggers as a specific mode of social interaction.

An integrated circuit for digital controlling switching noise spurs in a receiver by shifting a switching frequency (f) to a clock frequency (f+&#x394;f) to move a Kharmonic of the switching frequency (f) is provided. The integrated circuit includes a spur controlled clock that operates the clock frequency (f+&#x394;f), and a DC-DC converter circuitry that includes a first power switch, and a second power switch. Digitally controlled spur management technique for integrated DC-DC converters

A Force-Mode Distributed Wave Oscillator (FMDWO) that provides accurate multiple phases of an oscillation, a Force Mode Distributed Wave Antenna as a radiating element, a Force-Mode Distributed Oscillator Amplifier (FMDOA) and an array of amplifiers capable of operating as a beam forming phased-array antenna driver. Two distinct force mode mechanisms, one delay-based and the other geometry-based, utilizing inverter amplifiers, inject an oscillation on independent conductor loops or rings via transmission lines forming a differential transmission medium for the oscillation wave. Once the oscillation wave is initiated through the forcing mechanisms, the oscillations continue uninterrupted independent of any external triggering.

Integrated mobile phone and medical implant system. The disclosed system integrates the available electronic resources that already exist in compact and portable devices, such as any generic mobile phone, with a body implantable medical device such that the sensory data obtained from the implant device is transmitted through an electronic umbilical cord directly to the mobile device where the data is analyzed and presented in a user-friendly manner to the user/patient and/or transmitted wirelessly to a remote location for further action, if necessary, without the need for additional equipment. With the switch of software application from a drop-down menu, the mobile device of the system functions both as a normal mobile phone, as a medical monitoring device, or both simultaneously without any interference between the two modes of operations. Method for using the integrated system is also disclosed.

Integrated mobile phone and medical implant monitoring system and method for using the same

An electrical circuit and method of power management of a cellular telephone includes a battery adapted to produce a battery voltage; a LDO regulator operatively connected to the battery and adapted to provide a constant supply voltage from the battery voltage; and a DC-DC converter operatively connected to the LDO regulator, wherein the DC-DC converter is adapted to step down the constant supply voltage to a lower voltage level, wherein the LDO regulator and the DC-DC converter are embedded on a single integrated circuit chip. The constant supply voltage equals 3.6V at an output of the LDO, and the constant supply voltage is applied to an input of the DC-DC converter. Moreover, the battery voltage equals at most 5.5V.

Integrated CMOS DC-DC converter implementation in low-voltage CMOS technology using LDO regulator

A DC-DC converter and method of improving the efficiency of a DC-DC converter at low load current levels using pulse skipping modulation (PSM) with controllable burst duration NT, where Tis the clock cycle interval. As the average load current increases, the time between bursts decreases so that average inductor current matches the load current. The burst duration is kept around NTby controlling the duty cycle of the output switches. The higher the load current, the higher is the duty cycle of the output switches. No current sensing is needed. The optimum burst duration for best efficiency curve is a function of the load capacitor.

High efficiency DC-DC converter using pulse skipping modulation with programmable burst duration

A noise shaping and voltage gain filtering third order electrical circuit and method comprises at least one pair of input resistors; a Frequency Dependent Negative Resistance (FDNR) filter positioned in between the at least one pair of input resistors; a feedback resistor; and an amplifier operatively connected to the feedback resistor and the at least one pair of input resistors, wherein as an electrical signal is introduced to the electrical circuit, the FDNR filter is adapted to filter signal blockers out of the electrical signal prior to the electrical signal reaching the amplifier for signal amplification, wherein the FDNR filter does not contribute noise to a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the electrical signal, and wherein a transfer function of the FDNR filter is substantially elliptical in shape.
