The processor obtains sensor data associated with each of a defined indoor area and a plurality of optical nodes in the defined indoor area, controls at least a master communication device to establish a laser beam-based wireless communication network in the defined indoor area, wherein the control of the master communication device is based on the obtained sensor data. The processor further obtains network monitoring and performance data of the laser beam-based wireless communication network from the master communication device, generates and communicates Laser Beam Network Control (LBNC) instructions to the master communication device based on the network monitoring and performance data, and controls the master communication device to instruct at least one optical routing device to dynamically adjust an orientation of a deflecting surface of the at least one optical routing device based on the LBNC instructions.

Based on the detected spectrum availability variations, the central cloud server controls the plurality of network nodes to inject additional capacity to one or more data sessions in the formed wireless backhaul mesh network in a real-time or near real time when the increase in data traffic demand is detected in the one or more data propagation paths.

A virtual fiber communication system includes a central cloud server that obtains telemetry information from network nodes of wireless backhaul mesh network. The telemetry information includes spectrum occupancy information and UE positioning information. The central cloud server obtains, via blockchain-based spectrum broker nodes, frequency spectrum availability metadata and custom-defined spectrum access parameters of spectrum owner nodes. The central cloud server detects spectrum availability variations across network nodes and determines different routing paths for the first type of UEs designated as premium users. Based on the detected spectrum availability variations across the network nodes and the determined different routing paths, control signals are generated and communicated to the network nodes to assign data streams onto rented or leased spectrum frequencies. One of the determined routing paths is selected for delivery of the data streams to the first type of UEs to meet the custom-defined spectrum access parameters.
