Systems and methods for removing one or more pesticides from aproduct are provided. The method includes dissolving, in a solvent, aproduct including one or more pesticides, forming a dissolved solution, and cooling the dissolved solution to a cooling temperature, causing theproduct to precipitate from the dissolved solution, wherein, at the cooling temperature, the one or more pesticides remain dissolved in the dissolving solution. The method further includes removing the precipitatedproduct from the dissolving solution. The disclosed method is suitable for removing one or more pesticides from variousproducts containing natural cannabinoids, cannabinoids acetates, cannabinoid carboxylates, or the like.

Methods for removing pesticides fromproducts

This disclosure provides a method for converting CBD to a tetrahydrocannabinol featuring the use of cheap and non-toxic aluminum isopropoxide as a catalyst. The method comprises (a) providing a reaction mixture comprising a catalyst in an organic solvent, wherein the catalyst comprises aluminum isopropoxide; (b) adding a reagent comprising CBD to the reaction mixture; (c) mixing the reaction mixture and allowing a reaction for converting CBD to a tetrahydrocannabinol to occur for a predetermine period of time; (d) removing the catalyst by filtration upon the completion of the reaction; (e) removing the organic solvent; and (f) eluting the tetrahydrocannabinol from the organic phase.

Methods for converting CBD to tetrahydrocannabinols

This disclosure provides methods and systems for the supercritical fluid extraction of cannabinoids from cannabis. The supercritical fluid extraction of cannabinoids is performed with carbon dioxide (CO) balanced with one or more hydrocarbons, such as propane, propene, and propadiene. As demonstrated, the extraction can be carried out at maximum efficiency and energy savings while keeping the wax formation at minimum by lowering temperature. The methods and systems disclosed herein reduce the production time and safety/environmental hazards and are suitable for proper and safe extraction in non-GMP and GMP environments.

Systems and methods for cannabis extraction

Systems and methods for removing sulfur from aproduct are provided. The method includes dissolving, in a solvent, theproduct including sulfur, forming a dissolved solution, and mixing an oxidation agent into the dissolved solution, causing the dissolved solution to form into a plurality of solutions. The plurality of solutions include a water solution and an organic solution, the water solution includes sulfur, and the organic solution includes theproduct. The method further includes removing the water solution from the plurality of solutions.

Methods for preparation of cannabis oil extracts and compositions

The present invention relates to a process for preparing C-Clactams, in which a C-C-alkyl nitrite is reacted with a C-C-cycloalkane and is illuminated with a light-emitting diode during the reaction. This forms a C-C-cyclohexanone oxime which is then converted further to a C-Clactam; the C-Calcohol formed is recycled into the preparation of the C-C-alkyl nitrite.
