Methods for flow control in a network are disclosed. In a dual connectivity network environment where a master base station and a secondary base station exist, an operation method of a master base station may comprise transmitting a data frame including a plurality of data packets to a secondary base station; receiving, from the secondary base station, a delivery status frame requesting retransmission of error data packet among the plurality of data packets; and retransmitting the error data packet indicated by the delivery status frame to the secondary base station. Therefore, network performance can be enhanced.

Method for flow control in network

Disclosed are a method for scheduling control information and a method for receiving the scheduled control information in a mobile communication system. The method performed in a base station may comprise performing scheduling on a plurality of transmission time intervals (TTIs) including a first TTI to a Nth TTI which are temporally continuous, wherein N is a natural number larger than 1; and transmitting scheduling information obtained from the scheduling to a first terminal. Thus, power consumption of the terminal can be reduced, and overall system capacity can be increased.

The method includes sensing an MTC device performing a detachment procedure from a network, when the MTC device being detached is sensed, storing, at a first gateway (GW), context information about the MTC device being detached from the network, storing, at the detached MTC device, context information that has been lastly allocated and used before the detachment, receiving, at the first GW, downlink data transmitted from an MTC server to the detached MTC device, and buffering the received data, transmitting a paging message to the detached MTC device, and performing, at the MTC device receiving the paging message, an attachment process to the network, and receiving the DL data buffered in the first GW.

Provided is a data transmitting method for providing a machine type communication (MTC) service in a mobile communication system. The method includes subscribing, by the MTC device, to a multicast service, and recognizing, by the MTC device, at least one wirelessly announced multicast service and performing joining for a desired multicast service. In cases other than a case in which the MTC device performs the joining to transmit collected data information, the method further includes starting, by a broadcast multicast-service center, a session for the multicast service, performing group paging for at least one MTC device that will receive the multicast service, and transmitting multicast service-related data to the at least one MTC device that will receive the multicast service.
