The handheld power saw includes a drive mechanism with a lifting rod; a saw blade with an elongated recess in a guide region thereof and a retaining region with a T-shaped extension; a coupling device for retaining and driving the saw blade located on the lifting rod, which includes a clamping sleeve configured to receive the T-shaped extension to connect the saw blade to the lifting rod; a guide assembly for guiding oscillatory motion of the saw blade, which includes two lateral bracing devices arranged on opposite sides of the saw blade that shield the coupling device from shear forces; a pressure roller supported on a bolt, which is arranged to bear on an edge of the saw blade and a pressure bolt arranged in the elongated recess to directly guide the saw blade.

Handheld power saw

A motor-driven machine tool comprises a tool driven in a rotating fashion, a drive shaft driven by a drive unit and an output shaft for holding the tool. According to the invention, the rotating motion of the drive shaft can be transferred to the output shaft by way of an eccentric coupling device. A mass balancing device is provided for smoothing out vibrations, which has a stroking mass part moveably mounted in a carriage guide and impinged by an eccentric member driven by one of the shafts. The stroking mass part executes a rotary smoothing motion.

Motor-driven machine tool

An adapter is provided for a motor-driven machine tool which includes a tool driven in an oscillating rotational pendulum motion. The machine tool includes a driveable tool shaft (), the end face of which is designed as a locating flange () having at least one form-fit element () for receiving and fastening the tool (). The adapter () includes, on an end face (), form-fit counter elements () which are matched to the form-fit elements () of the tool shaft (). A plurality of axially projecting mandrels () is distributed around the circumference on the opposite end face () of the adapter ().

Adapter for a motor-driven machine tool with a rotatably driveable tool

A motor-driven machine tool, in particular a hand-held power tool () includes a rotatably driveable tool (), a drive shaft () which is driven by a drive unit (), and an output shaft () on which the tool () is mounted. It is possible to transfer the rotational motion of the drive shaft () via an eccentric coupling device () to the output shaft (). A mass-balancing device () provides for oscillation compensation and is operatively connected to at least one of the shafts () and implements a compensation motion counter to the eccentric coupling motion.

A motor-driven machine tool () with a tool that can be rotatably driven comprises a drive shaft () and a tool shaft () on which the tool is received, the rotational movement of the drive shaft being transmissible onto the tool shaft via a coupling device (). The drive shaft is rotatably received in pivot bearings () in the housing of the machine tool, the coupling device acting upon the drive shaft in the portion between the two pivot bearings.

An adapter () for a motor-driven machine tool with a tool to be rotatably driven has positive-fit counterpart pieces () on one face () which are adapted to positive-fit elements () of the tool shaft (). Multiple axially protruding mandrels () are arranged along the circumference on the opposite face ().

A motor-driven machine tool () with a tool () that can be rotatably driven comprises a drive shaft () and a driven shaft () on which the tool () is received, the rotational movement of the drive shaft () being transmissible onto the driven shaft () via a coupling device (). The drive shaft and the driven shaft are arranged in parallel, the driven shaft () extending at least partially at the level of and parallel to the drive unit.

A router has a housing, from the underside of which a tool fitting for a milling tool connected with a drive extends, and a device for adjusting the milling depth, which is located in a tower of the housing, the device extending essentially in the direction of a vertical axis of the router and including an adjusting knob. It is provided that the device extends, at the maximum, to a plane formed by a top side of the housing.

A router has a housing, from the underside of which a tool fitting for a milling tool connected with a drive motor extends and the housing is displaceably accommodated on guide columns for adjusting the milling depth, a device for adjusting the milling depth, which includes a depth adjusting element that is displaceable in the direction of a vertical axis of the router using an adjusting element and that interacts with a stop element, and a device for locking the depth adjusting element. The device for locking the depth adjusting element is integrated in the device for adjusting the milling depth.

A portable power tool has at least one housing part () and a guide channel () for carrying chips and/or abrasive particles away from a working area (). At least one wall region () of the guide channel () is movable relative to the housing part () for cleaning purposes.

A router includes a motor housing, from the underside of which a tool fitting for a milling tool connected with a drive extends, and which includes a guide unit&#x2014;with at least two guide columns&#x2014;for the motor housing, which is displaceably accommodated on the first guide column in at least one bearing, and on the second guide column in at least a second bearing. The at least one bearing is designed at least partially as a rolling element guide.

A power tool () with a housing () which accommodates a driven shaft () for holding a material-removing tool () and which sets the driven shaft into rotary oscillating motion capable of being produced by an eccentric () rotating around an axis extending at a right angle to the driven shaft (), the eccentric engaging in a connecting element coupled with the driven shaft (), is usable in a more diverse manner because the rotary oscillating motion of the driven shaft () and, therefore, the tool (), is adjustable with a certain travel and is therefore adaptable to special applications.

A manual planing machine, has a planer shaft having at least one longitudinal slot, an elongated flat planer knife clamped in a detachable manner in the and formed as a dual-cutting mini reversible tip with at least one cutter and with a back groove extending parallel to the cutter and with a holding rib on a side of the longitudinal slot to prevent an intentional detachment from the planer shaft, the planer knife carrying only one the cutter, extending in a corrugated manner in such a way that troughs of the cutter lie on a common first straight line having the same spacing relative to the back groove as a cutter of a mini reversible tip, while its crest lie on a common second straight line which extends 0.5-1.5 mm radially above the first straight line, the planar knife carrying a contact edge which is right-tangled and is flattened relative to a back, instead of another cutter at a side located opposite from the at least one cutter for support at the radial stop of the planar shaft.

Planing machine, in particular manual planing machine

The plane head for the hand-held planing machine includes a cylindrical base body (11) made from a group of identical stamped sheets (18) arranged axially next to each other and each provided with a punched hole (150) so as to form a base body cavity (15); a planing knife (14) protruding radially beyond an outer surface of the base body (11) from a longitudinal groove (13) and fixed therein by a form-fitting connection or form-locking connection so that the planing knife cannot be radially dislodged from the base body; and a chuck wedge (16) received in the base body cavity (15) so that the planing knife (14) is clamped in the base body (11) by centrifugal force during rotation of the plane head. To provide strength and safety from action of wood chips the chuck wedge (16) is held releasably, radially movable, in the base body cavity (15), the base body cavity (15) and the chuck wedge (16) are shaped to conform to each other so that the chuck wedge bears with a clamping surface (161) on the planing knife (14) and is braced on opposing surfaces of the base body cavity (15) facing opposite to each other in a rotation direction of the planing head. The chuck wedge (16) is formed so that it is clampable against a bottom surface (152) of the base body cavity (15) to produce a spring force acting on the planing knife.
