Techniques are described herein for providing mixed content (e.g., at least one server-side rendered component of a webpage and at least one client-side rendered component of a webpage. A request for the webpage can be transmitted from an application operating at a client device to a server. The server may render some content of the webpage (referred to as server-side rendered (SSR) content). The server may provide the SSR content with executable code (or a location from which the executable code may be obtained) in response to the request. The application may initially hide the SSR content while generating client-side rendered (CSR) content by executing the executable code. After rendering the CSR content, both the SSR content and the CSR content may be presented at substantially the same time at the webpage. The SSR content may be presented by changing the value of an indicator associated with the SSR content.
