Systematically verifying the identities of entities in control of Internet Protocol (IP) addresses and determining a security threat status for each of the entities based at least on the verified identity. As incoming data packets are received from an originating IP address, the entity in control of the originating IP address and their corresponding security threat status are identified and data packets are dispositioned i.e., blocked/dropped, sequestered or authorized for further transmission, based on the security threat status of the entity in control of the IP address.

A system and method are disclosed that leverage multi-factor authentication features of a service provider and intelligent call routing to increase security and efficiency at a customer call center. Pre-authentication of customer support requests reduces the potential for misappropriation of sensitive customer data during call handling. A contactless card uniquely associated with a client may provide a second factor of authentication to reduce the potential for malicious third-party impersonation of the client. Pre-authorized customer support calls are intelligently and efficiently routed in a manner that reduces the opportunity for malicious call interference and information theft.

A system for transitioning an interaction session initiated within a metaverse to a real-world environment to complete the interaction session comprises a metaverse server in communication with an entity server. The metaverse server receives an interaction request from an avatar to initiate an interaction session with an entity within a virtual environment. The metaverse server generates an instruction token for a user instruction and a session identifier for the interaction session. The metaverse server obtains a user identity token from the entity and authorizes the avatar to interact with the entity. The metaverse server conducts the first interaction between the avatar and the entity and generates a first interaction token for the first interaction. The entity server validates the user identity token and the first interaction token from the user device in the real-world environment. The entity server conducts a second interaction with the user to complete the interaction session.

Systems, computer program products, and methods are described herein for implementing dynamic multi-factor soft lock on user identifiers. The present invention is configured to receive, from a first user input device, a network registration request from a user to obtain authorization to execute resource transfers within a distributed network using a first user identifier; query, using an information retrieval engine, metadata associated with the user within the distributed network for traceable instances of digital activities of the user; determine one or more user identifiers based on at least the metadata associated with the user; execute, using an authentication subsystem, a soft lock on the one or more user identifiers; approve authorization for the user to execute the resource transfers within the distributed network using the first user identifier; and transmit control signals configured to cause the first user device to display the authorization.

System for implementing dynamic multi-factor soft lock on user identifiers

Systems, as described herein, may use smart contracts and distributed ledgers in distributed networks to determine points earned by consumer and settle points for merchants. Distributed ledgers in the distributed network may be used to store transactions executed by merchant digital wallets and consumer digital wallet. Smart contracts in distributed networks may be used to maintain point balances associated with the consumer digital wallets and the merchant digital wallets of the consumer, determine points earned by consumer digital wallets, settle points for merchant digital wallets, and send messages to consumer digital wallets regarding expiring points. Systems, as described herein, may also send individualized recommendations of goods and services to the consumer digital wallets.

A system for conducting multi-session user interactions accesses a first interaction session between the user and a first entity, where the first interaction session is via a first communication channel. The system determines first context information associated with the first interaction session, where the first context information associated with the first interaction session comprises a summary associated with the first interaction session. The system generates a token identifier (ID) uniquely identifying the user and the first context information. The system associates the token ID to the user interaction information. The system accesses a second interaction session between the user and a second entity, wherein the second interaction session is via a second communication channel. The system authenticates the user based at least in part upon the token ID. The system communicates the first context information associated with the first interaction session to the second entity.
