The disclosed sealing film is for surrounding a device for tamper evident protection of the contained device. The scaling film has a backing with a perimeter surrounding a central area and an adhesive on the backing at least at the perimeter of the backing. A tamper evident layer is separably connected to the backing along a substantial portion of the perimeter of the backing. Therefore, attempted peeling, pulling, opening of the sealing film will cause the tamper evident layer to remove from the backing and indicate tampering.

A tamper-evident closure is disclosed that encloses a medical access device, such as a vascular access device, such that it will be visibly apparent if the medical access device contained in the tamper-evident closure becomes exposed. The tamper-evident closure cannot be reapplied over the medical access device in a way to look the same as it did prior to exposing the medical access device. The tamper-evident closure comprises a holding cavity, a securing mechanism, and an apparent release. The disclosed tamper-evident closure is well suited for securing the medical access device that has an access point for delivering fluid to a patient or removing fluid from the patient.

Some systems, devices and methods detailed herein provide adjustable restraint device maintaining a selected position of a person relative to a support structure, for example, to maintain a safe and customizable patient position during a surgical procedure or during medical transport. For example, in particular embodiments, the adjustable restraint devices can be releasably lockable at a customized position along the surgical table and can be conveniently manipulated to a curved or other customized configuration (e.g., to engage with a patient's limb) before being releasably locked into that particular customized configuration.

A mixer for a plural component spray gun is presented. The mixer has a mixer body comprising a mixing chamber with an outlet. The mixer also has a first fluid component inlet, coupled to a first fluid conduit, configured to introduce a first fluid component into the mixing chamber. The mixer also has a second fluid component inlet, coupled to a second fluid conduit, configured to introduce a second fluid component into the mixing chamber. The first and second fluid component inlets are offset with respect to a centerline of the mixing chamber and positioned such that a first fluid flow from the first inlet is directed toward the outlet, and a second fluid flow from the second inlet is directed toward the outlet.
