A mining plough for plough systems for the exploiting of minerals in inclined formations. In order to provide a mining plough and a plough system, with which coal seams, in particular seams in steep formation can be exploited economically and with high operating safety, the mining plough includes a separable plough body having two plough body basic elements each being provided with a fixture for a separate traction means and with a guide means for moving the coal plough by means of at least two traction means and for guiding the coal plough on at least two mutually spaced guide mechanisms.

A transfer station in the face end region between a face conveyor and a gate conveyor in the region of a drive for the face conveyor, the gate conveyor being attached to the face conveyor such that it can be moved pivotably to a limited extent relative to the latter. The transfer station being provided with a receiving plate that is arranged on a subframe of the drive for the face conveyor, which receiving plate is provided with a bearing seat, in which a specific connection pan element of the gate conveyor is mounted such that it can be moved pivotably relative to the face conveyor or its drive about a pivot axis which is defined by the bearing seat. The construction has the particular advantage that the pivoting bearing is readily accessible and has to transmit only low forces which result substantially from the loading of the gate conveyor.

Transfer station

A bit arrangement for fastening to a plough-body element of a mining plough for underground mining, particularly of a coal plough for the excavation of steeply disposed coal seams, having a plurality of bit pockets for accommodating, preferably demountably, respectively one bit per bit pocket. In order thereby to create a bit arrangement and a mining plough that can be used advantageously for the excavation of steeply disposed mineral deposits and that render possible economic excavation of such mineral deposits, at least two bit pockets are locked in recesses on a front side of a bit strip, which is provided, on a back side, with at least one groove indentation for the positive engagement of a locking projection on the plough-body element and is detachably fastenable to the plough-body element by means of detachable fastening means.

A traction carriage for an underground mining plow, comprising a traction carriage body which can be inserted into a cavity in a plow body and which on the rear side of a guide recess has a front part whose ends pointing in the direction of travel form stop surfaces for interacting with counterstop surfaces in the cavity of the plow body. According to the invention, a damping device having a damping action in both directions of travel is integrated into the front part of the traction carriage. In order to provide a low-maintenance damping device which allows a more favorable transmission of force between the stop surface on the traction carriage and the counterstop surface on the plow body, the coupling piece can be moved relative to the stop surfaces counter to the restoring force of a damping system of the damping device that is arranged between the stop surfaces.

A ploughing device for mining, with a ploughing tool having a plurality of plough bodies being interconnected by means of detachable coupling members, and with a longwall conveyor forming a plough guiding means, wherein at least one ploughing body is provided with pivotable cutter carriers. In order to have a ploughing device for mining different seam thicknesses in an efficient manner even and with low number of spare parts to be stored, the ploughing tool has three plough bodies, one forming a central ploughing body, at the end of which are connected a first and second lateral ploughing body by means of a first and second coupling members, wherein the coupling members in each case consist of a toggle bolt with toggle shaft and toggle heads being insertable on open-edged toggle pockets on the bodies.

A chain guide for a driving chain of a winning plow or the like, the chain guide being provided with a chain guide element which is arranged in spatial proximity to the sprockets at a driving or return station and is against the chain transversely to the direction of movement of the latter, provision is made according to the invention for the chain guide element to have at least one pressure roller which can be adjusted against the chain links of the driving chain, as a result of which the wear on the chain guide element is considerably reduced.

A roof cutter holder adjustment device for a roof cutter holder arranged in a vertically adjustable manner on a plow body of a winning plow, comprising a worm wheel for interacting with a rack-like tooth system on the roof cutter holder, an input shaft for actuating the worm wheel, and comprising a head plate which has a passage for the input shaft and which can be fastened or is fastened to the plow body in a rotationally fixed manner. In order to enable the roof cutter holder adjustment device to be mounted and released in a simple manner, the head plate has at least one fastening device, to which a securing element which can be put onto the free end of the input shaft can be fastened in a rotationally fixed manner in the mounted state.

Chain return arrangement and sprocket and chain assembly employed therein with the bow flanks of the horizontal chain links () of the chain assembly () exhibiting a concave trough at least below an equatorial line () and the chain link pockets () of the sprocket () that receive the horizontal chain links at their tooth flanks () in the contact areas () to the chain links () having a convex crown shape to match the troughed bow flank. This significantly reduces the surface pressures between the two parts.

The invention relates to a drive station for an underground plough system, in particular a coal plough system, with a machine frame to which a plough box can be fastened, and with a wedge trough which is connected to the machine frame and is provided with a plough guide device, which has chain channels for a plough chain, and also a plough end stop on a runout section for a winning plough. In order to facilitate the repair of a winning plough, the plough end stop is formed on an attachment which can be dismantled, when the plough guide device is mounted, to produce a repair section in the longwall-gallery transition of the wedge trough. The invention also relates to a repair method in which the plough end stop is dismantled and the winning plough is moved into the repair section.

The invention relates to a device for determining the cutting horizon of a mining winning system, having a movable conveyor which is composed of individual pan elements, and having at least one optical detection sensor which has a sensor head that is received in a sensor carrier and can be pressed with at least one pressure means against a coal/basement rock boundary layer. In order to improve the sensing and working reliability, over the length of the conveyor, a plurality of pan elements are configured as sensor pans which are provided with a protected recess which is open to the basement rock and in which the sensor carrier is arranged or can be arranged such that it can be disassembled together with the sensor head.

A connector device for connecting an attachment part, in particular a plough guide part, to a lateral element of a trough pan of a mining device, comprising first fittings arranged on the lateral element, comprising counter fittings arranged on the attachment part and detachably connectable to the fittings, and comprising at least one retaining piece, which in the closing position prevents detachment of the fitting and counter fitting and in the opening position permits detachment. In order to facilitate assembly and disassembly, to the retaining piece there is assigned, according to the invention, a hydraulic cylinder for moving the retaining piece between the closing and opening position.

A plough guide trough for plough guides of chain-drawn coal ploughs, comprising two superposed chain guide ducts separated by an integrally cast sliding spacer member, with a top guide strip, a bottom guide beam and a bottom slideway for guiding the plough. The top chain guide duct is covered by a front wall comprising the guide strip and merging into the guide beam and a slot lead-through for a plough guiding hook or plough knife is formed between the guide beam and the slideway. Pockets in the front wall receive a toggle coupling for neighboring plough guide troughs, wherein the front wall, the guide strips, the guide beam, the pockets and a back wall comprising the slideway form a one-piece casting extending over the length of the plough guide trough.
