A wellbore servicing tool comprising a housing at least partially defining an axial flowbore, the housing comprising one or more ports, a sliding sleeve, and a fluid delay system. The sliding sleeve is slidably positioned within the housing and transitionable from a first position in which the sliding prevents fluid communication via a route of fluid communication via the one or more ports to a second position in which the sliding sleeve allows fluid communication via the route of fluid communication via the one or more ports. The fluid delay system is configured to retain the sliding sleeve in the first position until actuated and to allow the sliding sleeve to transition from the first position to the second position at a controlled rate when actuated. The fluid delay system is actuatable via a wireless signal.

System and method for servicing a wellbore

The invention relates to an improved downhole tool apparatus for limiting the extrusion of a sealing elements in downhole tools. The apparatus provides for using a limiter ring or shoe located in a channel on the slip wedge so as to abut the sealing element. The limiter ring extends outward to the casing to minimize the gap through which the sealing element can extrude when the tool is in a set position.

A wellbore servicing apparatus is disclosed that includes a housing having one or more ports, a first sliding sleeve that is movable from a first position to a second position, a second sliding sleeve that is movable from a first position to a second position, a chamber within the housing, and an indicator within the chamber. When the first sliding sleeve is in the first position, the ports are obstructed and the second sliding sleeve is retained in the first position. When the first sliding sleeve is in the second position, the ports are unobstructed and the second sliding sleeve is not retained in the first position. When the second sliding sleeve is in the first position, the indicator is retained within the chamber. When the second sliding sleeve is in the second position, the indicator is not retained in the chamber.

Activation-indicating wellbore stimulation assemblies and methods of using the same

A downhole tool for use in a well has a mandrel with an expandable sealing element disposed thereabout. The mandrel has a head portion threadedly connected thereto. A shoulder in the head portion and an upper end of the mandrel define an annular space. A sleeve with a bore therethrough may be positioned in the annular space. The head portion may be removed and a solid plug installed so that it fits within the annular space and so that the downhole tool will act as a bridge plug. The downhole tool has slip rings made up of a plurality of individual slip segments that are adhesively bonded to one another at the sides thereof.

Interchangeable drillable tool

An apparatus for use in a wellbore is provided. The apparatus comprises a mandrel, a sealing element carried on the mandrel, the sealing element being radially expandable from a first run-in diameter to a second set diameter in response to application of axial force on the sealing element, and an extrusion limiting assembly carried on the mandrel and proximate the sealing element. The extrusion limiting assembly comprises a plurality of separate segments and a first circumferential band that retains the plurality of segments in a ring shape and substantially covers an outer circumferential surface of the plurality of segments while in a run-in condition of the apparatus.

Single piece packer extrusion limiter ring

A downhole tool has a mandrel with a sealing element disposed thereabout. The sealing element is movable from an unset position to a set position in which the sealing element engages the well. Extrusion limiters are positioned at the ends of the sealing element. The extrusion limiters have first and second layers and the first and second layers are different materials. The second layer may be made up of a plurality of discs. At least one of the discs may be a disc with an irregularly shaped outer peripheral edge and a generally circular inner peripheral edge. A plurality of the discs with the irregularly shaped outer edge may be stacked and may be stacked with a generally circular or ring-shaped segmented disc. The first and second layers are stacked and then molded into a final shape for placement at the ends of the sealing element.
