A packing gland assembly may include a packing gland housing defining a bore extending from a front end to a rear end of the packing gland housing. The packing gland housing may include a flange having a front face, that defines the front end of the packing gland housing, and a rear face. The flange may define a plurality of apertures that extend from the front face of the flange to the rear face of the flange. The packing gland housing may include a mating neck extending from the flange to the rear end of the packing gland housing. The mating neck may define a stepped circumferential surface having one or more steps, and may define a circumferential groove.

Removable packing gland assembly

A fluid end of a reciprocating pump assembly includes a cylinder, a cover, and a valve stop. The cylinder has a fluid inlet, a fluid outlet, and an access side wall comprising an access wall inner surface that defines an access opening. The access opening provides access to an inner area of the cylinder and has an access opening axis. The cover is positioned in the access opening and forms a seal with the access wall inner surface along the access opening. The cover includes a cover axis coaxial with the access opening axis. The valve stop is positioned partially in the fluid inlet and includes a spring retainer and a column portion. The column portion includes a flange positioned between the cover and the access wall inner surface. The flange is in the shape of an arc.

Valve stop and suction cover platformed assembly

A suction cover assembly for a reciprocating pump assembly includes a suction cover having a body that is configured to be held at least partially within an access port of a fluid cylinder of the reciprocating pump assembly. The body includes a receptacle that includes at least one radial opening that extends through the body. The suction cover assembly includes a suction cover retainer that includes a plug configured to be at least partially received within the receptacle of the body. The suction cover retainer includes at least one retention segment configured to be held within the at least one radial opening of the body. The plug is configured to be moved between a locked position wherein the at least one retention segment is in a radially extended position and an unlocked position wherein the at least one retention segment is in a radially retracted position.

Suction cover assembly for reciprocating pumps

A suction cover assembly for a frac pump includes a suction cover having an annular base flange defining a sealing interface proximate to the base flange. The suction cover is dimensioned to be accommodated within a bore well of a fluid cylinder in the pump. An annular seal is seated on the sealing interface proximate to the base flange of the suction cover.
