A hitching apparatus includes a towing vehicle-side hitch component, a towed vehicle-side hitch component, a towing vehicle-side insertion connector component having at least one insertion connector configuration as an interface of a towing vehicle-side supply lead for transferring energy and/or information, a towed vehicle-side insertion connector component having at least one insertion connector configuration as an interface of a towed vehicle-side supply lead for transferring energy and/or information, a towing vehicle-side alignment component separate from the towing vehicle-side hitch component and arranged thereon, which carries the towing vehicle-side insertion connector component, and a towed vehicle-side alignment component separate from the towed vehicle-side hitch component and arranged thereon, which carries the towed vehicle-side insertion connector component. One alignment component includes an alignment configuration and is movable relative to the hitch component carrying it. One insertion connector component is displaceable relative to the alignment component carrying it.

A fifth wheel coupling with a pull handle, having a pull lever and a safety lever. The pull handle can move in a travel space of a guide mechanism of the fifth wheel coupling plate into a closed position and a release position. Elements are provided for blocking the pull handle, consisting of a safety mechanism with a movably disposed blocking element. The safety mechanism is arranged on the fifth wheel coupling plate. The pull handle has a device for manipulation of the safety mechanism.

A fifth-wheel coupling () having a coupling plate () with an entry opening () for a king pin () includes an at least single-part locking device () for fastening the king pin () and a fixing element which engages on the locking device, which fixing element can be moved from a locking position into an open position and vice versa. A securing device () with a blocking element () is provided, which blocking element () can be moved from a rest position into a blocking position and vice versa, wherein the blocking element () projects into the entry opening () at least in the blocking position.

Fifth-wheel coupling

A coupling system for connecting supply lines between a trailer and a tractor vehicle, with a socket which is arranged on the tractor vehicle and a support element, having a plug, which is arranged on the trailer. The invention is based on the problem of providing a robustly operating coupling system in which an automatic connection of all of the provided supply lines is possible. The problem is solved by a coupling system in which the socket is arranged in a positionally fixed manner on the tractor vehicle, the plug is guided in a laterally moveable manner in the support element, and the plug can be placed into a connecting position with the socket by an actuator which is arranged on the tractor vehicle.

Coupling system for connecting supply lines

The invention relates to a device for detecting and displaying the position of components of vehicle couplings, in particular semi-trailer couplings. A combined sensor and display unit is located in a common housing. The sensor unit comprises at least one sensor and the display unit at least one display element. The device can be mounted on the exterior of a semi-trailer coupling or of a sliding unit of a semi-trailer coupling, adjacent to a manual actuating element of a closing or locking device.

Device for detecting and displaying the position of components of vehicle couplings

Disclosed is a plug-in coupling system for joining cables between a tractor and a trailer. The invention also relates to the individual components, i.e. the semitrailer coupling and the plug-in connector on which the invention is implemented. The cables between the tractor and the trailer are usually plugged into each other by hand. Automatic systems have not been successful on the market so far. The aim of the invention is therefore to create a plug-in coupling system which allows the supply cables to be connected in a comfortable and operationally safe manner when the trailer is joined to and disconnected from the tractor. Said aim is achieved, among other things, by disposing the socket in a stationary manner below the insertion hole on the semitrailer coupling while arranging the contact points of the plug below the king pin on the plug-in connector.
