An adjustable damping valve device includes a coil carrier with a coil which is wound on an inner sleeve and which has two wire ends which protrude over a winding body. A back iron having a passage for a power supply line of the coil is placed on the coil carrier. The wire ends of the coil are co-located adjacent to one another in an outlet area of the coil carrier, and the back iron has a radial slot which extends from the outer edge of the back iron to the passage and has a width which corresponds at least to the width of the outlet area.

An adjustable damping valve device with a damping valve has an elastic element, applies an axial relative force between two elements which are constructed so as to be axially movable relative to the valve housing, or the elastic element applies a relative force between an element of the damping valve, which element is constructed so as to be axially movable relative to the valve housing, and the valve housing, or the elastic element applies a relative force between an element of the damping valve, which element is constructed so as to be axially movable relative to the valve housing, and an element which is constructed so as not to be displaceable relative to the valve housing, so that one of the axially movable elements releases a flow passage for the flow of damping medium through the damping valve at least in a neutral state of the damping valve device.

An adjustable damping valve has a valve housing in which is arranged a coil housing and an annular back-iron member which are connected in a magnetically conducting manner to a valve armature. The back-iron member radially penetrates the coil housing via a plurality of windows and has flattened portions at the edge. The at least one window in the coil housing has a width corresponding at least to the width of the back-iron member in at least one assembly position so that the back-iron member can be inserted radially into the coil housing via the at least one window.
