The application relates to a unitary case for a plurality of angular drives which comprises at least one bevel gear step with a first bevel gear and a second bevel gear, and which is provided for achieving various angles between a transmission input shaft and a transmission output shaft. The second bevel gear is coupled to the transmission output shaft in an indirect rotationally fixed manner. The unitary case is designed for a plurality of possible angular outputs wherein multiplication is substantially constant and the outer diameters of the individual bevel gears are substantially identical.

Unitary case for an angular drive

A process for the assembling of a gear component having a gear housing which has a substantially cylindrical interior space for the reception of individual gear elements; at least two bar-form guide elements which, as viewed in an axial direction, extend over and are adjacent to at least a part of the axial extent of the cylindrical interior space and on which there are mounted a gear element. The bar-form guide elements are adjacent to the cylindrical interior space and outside of the zone having the greatest dimensions of the cylindrical interior space in the height direction. The individual gear elements are threaded successively from one housing end onto the guide elements and are slid into their installation position in the gear housing.

Method for mounting a transmission unit

A gear constructional unit with a gear housing is provided. In order to make the effective diameter of the inner gear elements greater, as well as to ensure a simple assembly and exchangeability of the individual gear elements, for example coupling arrangements and planetary wheel sets, there are provided at least two bar-form guide elements, which extend, as viewed in an axial direction, over at least a part of the axial extent of the cylindrical inner space, on which a large number of gear elements are mounted in fixed position with respect to the housing. The bar-form guide elements are located adjacent to the cylindrical inner space, outside of a zone having the greatest dimension of the cylindrical inner space relative to the gear housing dimension, and are arranged in recesses in the gear housing which are connected with the inner space.

Transmission structural unit

A transmission having a gear component with a gear housing with a housing cover allocated in axial direction to the housing in installation position. The gear housing has an essentially cylindrical interior space for the reception of individual gear elements. The gear unit includes a device for the at least indirect resetting of actuating elements of non positive coupling and/or braking arrangements with at least two friction surface-carrying elements, the friction surfaces of which are connectable with one another over a further friction surface-carrying intermediate element. The unit is characterized by the following features: there are provided at least two bar-form elements for the tying-on of a single gear element in first position with respect to the housing and/or the device for the at least indirect resetting of the actuating elements of non positive coupling and/or braking arrangements; the bar-form elements are allocated to the interior space outside of the zone of the greatest dimension of the cylindrical interior space, in height direction in installation position; the housing cover is free from axial force action through the device for the at least indirect resetting of the actuating elements and/or of the gear elements.
