A device for coating of workpieces, which preferably includes, at least in sections, wood, wooden materials, plastics, aluminium or the like. The device includes a feed device for feeding a coating material, a pressing device for pressing the coating material onto a surface of the workpiece, a conveyor device for causing a relative motion between the pressing device and the respective workpiece, and a first joining device for applying and/or activating an adhesive agent on a coating material fed by the feed device and/or a surface to be coated of the workpiece. The device further includes at least a second joining device for applying and/or activating an adhesive agent on a coating material fed by the feed device and/or a surface to be coated of the workpiece.

Device and method for coating workpieces

The invention concerns a device () for the coating of workpieces () which preferably consist, at least in sections, of wood, wooden materials, plastics, aluminium or the like, comprising: a feed means () for feeding a coating material (), a pressing means () for pressing the coating material () onto a surface () of a workpiece (), a conveyor means () for causing a relative motion between the pressing means () and the respective workpiece (), and a first joining means () for applying and/or activating an adhesive agent on a coating material () fed by the feed means () and/or a surface to be coated of the workpiece (), characterized in that the device further comprises at least a second joining means () for applying and/or activating an adhesive agent on a coating material () fed by the feed means () and/or a surface to be coated of a workpiece ().

A method for coating workpieces (), preferably in sheet form, which preferably consist at least in certain portions of wood, wood-based materials, plastic or the like, with the following method steps: providing a workpiece () having at least one workpiece surface (), in which the workpiece surface () is improved by applying at least a first curable liquid to the workpiece surface () and at least partially curing the first liquid (); exposing the workpiece () to energy, at least on the workpiece surface () and/or a coating () that is intended to be applied to the workpiece surface (); and applying the coating (), in particular of an edge (), to the liquid-coated workpiece surface () and preferably pressing the edge () onto a liquid-coated workpiece surface ().

Method for coating components

The present invention provides a device for coating a workpiece, which comprises at least a deflector means for feeding a material web, downstream of which a pressure means for applying the material web to workpiece surface is arranged, wherein preferred pressure and deflector means comprise cylinders, rollers and/or shoes, wherein the device further comprises at least an energy source, the point of action of which lies in the region of the pressure means, in particular in a region of the pressure means which contacts the material web at least in portions. The device is configured to apply the material web onto the workpiece surface in the inline and/or offline method.

Device for coating a workpiece

The invention discloses a process for printing of panel-shaped workpieces, in particular in the region of an edge, in which a section of a panel-shaped workpiece to be printed is subjected first of all to one or a plurality of pre-treatment stages which are selected from a) pre-cleaning, b) degreasing, c) improvement of the adhesion and wetting properties and d) reduction of the electrostatic charge, and in which the pre-treated section to be printed is subsequently printed with a desired pattern, in particular by means of inkjet printing. The invention also provides an apparatus for performing said process.

Process and apparatus for the printing of panel-shaped workpieces

The invention relates to a process for sticking edging material () onto lightweight building boards () comprising two thin-walled outer layers () and a core layer () of lightweight filler material disposed between the outer layers, having the steps: provision of a lightweight building board (), a decor edge () and a stabilizing edge (), and sticking on of the decor edge () and/or the stabilizing edge () in the region of a narrow surface (') of the lightweight building board (). The process according to the invention is characterized in that the stabilizing edge () is introduced into a section between two outer layers () in the region of the narrow surface (&#x2032;) without having first created a recess of at least one outer layer and/or of the core layer in this section, said recess corresponding substantially to the stabilizing edge.

Process and device for sticking edging material onto lightweight building boards

The invention relates to methods for manufacturing lightweight building boards () starting from a workpiece () which comprises two thin-walled cover layers () and at least one core layer () which is disposed between the cover layers () and is made of a light filling material, the at least one core layer () possessing cavities and having a lower average density than the cover layers. The method comprises the following steps: forming in the workpiece () at least one groove () which extends through at least one first cover layer () and at least partly through the at least one core layer () and circumscribes at least a portion of a contour of the lightweight building board () to be manufactured; introducing a hardenable mass () into the at least one groove (); at least partly hardening the hardenable mass (); and making a separating cut along the at least one groove (), so the at least partly hardened mass () is separated in the longitudinal direction of the groove.

Method for manufacturing lightweight building boards

The invention provides a device for patterning workpieces, having: an ink-jet printing means having a plurality of nozzles from which drops of ink can be expelled, a workpiece carrier means for carrying the workpiece to be patterned, a conveyor means for bringing about a relative movement between the workpiece to be patterned and the printing means, and a detection means for detecting the relative position between the ink-jet printing means and at least one surface to be patterned of the respective workpiece to be patterned. The device according to the invention is characterised in that the detection means is disposed and configured so as to be in a predetermined, fixed relationship to the ink-jet printing means and/or to detect at least the distance between the ink-jet printing means and at least one surface to be patterned of the respective workpiece to be patterned, at least during printing.

The invention relates to a multifunctional unit for machining workpieces preferably consisting at least partially of wood, wood materials, plastics or the like, with a plurality of vertical drill spindles, a plurality of horizontal drill spindles, and at least one fixed saw comprising at least one saw blade with a horizontal axis of rotation. The invention relates to a workpiece support device () for a continuously operating machine () for machining panel-shaped workpieces that are preferably made, at least in part, of wood, wood materials, or the like, the workpiece support device comprising at least one endlessly revolving belt () that is designed to support conveyed workpieces () at least sectionally, further comprising a stationary guide member () for the belt (), the guide member having two deflection components () on which the belt is deflected. The workpiece support device in accordance with the invention is characterized in that the belt () comprises a plurality of layers extending in the belt's longitudinal direction, at least one of the layers being designed as a flexible layer which, at least in the belt's transverse direction, is less rigid than at least one of the other layers.

This invention concerns a processing machine, particularly for panel-shaped workpieces of wood or wood materials, which consists of: one or more processing stations which essentially lie in the same plane; at least one working unit which can travel over the work stations in three axes perpendicular to one another, and, a number of bearing rails upon which the displaceable carriage units are arranged in the plane of the work stations. The bearing rails have electrical and pneumatic supply interfaces for the carriage units and the supply interfaces are arranged linearly along the longitudinal direction of the bearing rail.
