A protective device for universal joint transmissions has at least two coaxial tubular protective elements, with the two tubular protective elements each having, at their opposite ends, a protective hood, The two tubular protective elements each having a locator flange associated rigidly with the tubular protective element. The protective hood has a coupling flange that is coaxial to the locator flange and is adapted to abut against the locator flange. The protective hood has a cylindrical accordion portion supported by the coupling flange. The protective hood also has at least one fastening element adapted to fasten the coupling flange on the locator flange. The protective device has at least one supporting ring, which has engagement elements for the engagement of the supporting ring with the locator flange, which is accommodatable rotatably in an annular seat provided at the outer surface of the hub of the fork of the joint.

Protective device for universal joint transmissions

An uncoupling device, particularly for universal joint transmissions, is provided. The device includes a cylindrical casing, which is integral with a fork of a universal joint, having a plurality of radial slots provided on the inner circumferential surface of the casing. A pawl supporting cage is integral with a rotation shaft and includes a plurality of radial seats. The pawl is accommodated rotatably within the casing. A plurality of pawls is adapted to be accommodated in the radial seats of the cage. The pawls are adapted to pass from a coupling configuration to an uncoupling configuration. The device further includes an annular element which can move axially between a retracted position and an advanced position. The annular element includes a plurality of tongues.

Uncoupling device, particularly for universal joint transmissions

A torque limiting device, particularly for power transmission elements, is provided. The torque limiting device includes a first connecting member and a second connecting member, which is connected rotatably to a driven element. The first connecting member includes a motor driving disk and the second connecting member includes a sliding disk, and further includes a pin supporting body which comprises a drum that is assembled on the second connecting member and includes a plurality of radial holes, each one of which accommodates a pin that is pressed, toward the center of the drum, by elastic means, and abuts, with at least one of its faces which is inclined with respect to the central rotation axis of the second connecting member, against at least one corresponding abutment face.

Torque limiting device, particularly for power transmission elements

A transmission unit particularly for driving screw feeders and auxiliary user devices of mixing trucks, comprising an off-center distribution device, which can be associated with an external power take-off and forms couplings for the connection of auxiliary user devices; a reduction unit, which is functionally connected to the off-center distribution device and can be associated with the screw feeders of a mixing truck; and a main friction clutch device, which is interposed between the off-center distribution device and the reduction unit, a device for reversing the direction of rotation of the screw feeders and an auxiliary friction clutch device for the reversing device.

A safety device for a torque limiter composed of an external body, which is rigidly coupled to the driving shaft for transmitting motion to a working implement and inside which there is a seat for accommodating an internal body which is rigidly coupled to the driven motion transmission shaft and is provided with a series of radial sliding seats for corresponding tabs which can move, in contrast with elastic elements, alternatively between a centrifugal position providing engagement and transmission in corresponding slots formed in the external body and a centripetal position for disengagement from the slots and for stopping the transmission; the movement is activated by means of a corresponding centered plate which forms a protruding ring for wedging and centrifugally pushing the tabs and provides for the in-line interposition, between the internal body and the plate, of pushers for axially pushing the plate into the configuration for forced disengagement from the tabs.
