A dishwasher includes a tub that includes a tub side wall. The dishwasher appliance also includes a slide assembly mounted to the tub side wall. The slide assembly includes a universal inner member that includes a front slot, a back slot, and a center tab. The front slot and the back slot each defined the universal inner member. The center tab is located between the front slot and the back slot approximately along a first direction. The slide assembly also includes a slide apparatus attached to the universal inner member.

A dishwasher appliance may include an adjustable rack assembly. The adjustable rack assembly may include a side wall and may be transitionable between an upper position and a lower position along the vertical direction. In addition, the dishwasher appliance may include a bracket assembly that may be attached to the side wall. Further, the bracket assembly may include a rack mount and a lever. The rack mount may include a top portion. The lever may be hingeably coupled to the rack mount at the top portion.

A drying system includes a tub defining a wet chamber with an outlet defined in the tub. The drying system also includes a heat exchanger comprising a plurality of heat pipes. Each heat pipe of the plurality of heat pipes has an evaporator section and a condenser section. The evaporator sections of the plurality of heat pipes define an evaporator section of the heat exchanger. The condenser sections of the plurality of heat pipes of the heat exchanger define a condenser section of the heat exchanger. The evaporator section of the heat exchanger is in fluid communication with the outlet to receive a flow of humid air from the outlet. The dishwashing appliance also includes an inlet defined in the tub. The inlet is configured to receive a flow of dry air from the condenser section of the heat exchanger.

Drying assembly for a washing appliance

A dishwasher appliance includes a carrier roller assembly for supporting a rack within a wash chamber. The carrier roller assembly includes a carrier body defining a receiving slot for receiving a wire of the rack. A first and a second retention clip extend from the carrier body into the receiving slot for securely locking the wire in position after it is fully inserted into the receiving slot. The first retention clip and the second clip are different sizes for snapping around and securing wires having different diameters such that the carrier roller assembly is versatile and may be universally used with dishwasher appliances using differing wire sizes.

An adjustable conduit and docking assembly for use in a dishwasher appliance is provided. The adjustable conduit and docking assembly includes a conduit configured for receiving a docking station at different heights so as to accommodate a height adjustment of a rack assembly to which the conduit is attached. The conduit and docking assembly includes a multiport docking station to provide this functionality.
