Questionnaire completion systems and methodologies for a data platform. The data platform receives from a consumer an unstructured questionnaire to be completed based on structured database objects, semi-structured database objects, and unstructured database objects stored on the data platform by a provider. The data platform generates a secured completion of the unstructured questionnaire based on a questionnaire completion model and the unstructured questionnaire. The data platform determines a confidence score for the completion and in response to determining the confidence score does not exceed a threshold value, the data platform generates a structured query based on the unstructured questionnaire and a structured query model, and generates the secured completion based on querying the structured database objects using the structured query. The data platform applies a security function to the secured completion to generate a completion of the unstructured questionnaire and provides the completion to the consumer.

Automated completion of questionnaires based on unstructured database objects

Techniques for secure sharing of stage data include generating a listing in a first data exchange of a data provider. The listing includes stage data stored in a stage of the data provider and metadata associated with the stage data. A secure view of the listing is configured in a second data exchange based on posting the listing from the first data exchange to the second data exchange. The stage data is retrieved in response to a request from a client device to view the stage data received in the second data exchange. A security function is applied to the stage data to generate modified stage data. The modified stage data is stored at a second location in the stage. The metadata is updated to reference the second location in the stage.

An exchange template framework for a data platform. A data provider of the data platform instructs the data platform to generate an exchange template based on compliance rules. In response to determining by the data platform to initiate a compliance report, the data platform maps evidence items for the compliance report from one or more source tables using a data field mapper of the exchange template. The data platform generates compliance program specific views based on the evidence items mapped from the source tables and generates an anonymized view based on the compliance program specific views using an anonymization layer of the exchange template. The data platform provides the anonymized view to an assessor using one or more validation scripts of the exchange template.

Secure continuous compliance enforcement on a data exchange system

Techniques for document sharing include configuring a secure view of shared data as a listing in a data exchange of a data provider. The listing includes metadata with a first uniform resource locator (URL) of the shared data. An invitation to view the listing for is encoded transmission to a client device. A user defined function (UDF) client is invoked to access a data object of the shared data, based on detecting an acceptance of the invitation by the client device. A security function is applied to the data object to generate a modified data object. The metadata is updated to include a second URL, which is associated with a storage location storing the modified data object. The client device is granted access to the modified data object using the second URL, based on detecting a request by the client device to view the listing in the data exchange.

Secure document sharing using a data exchange listing

Provided herein are systems and methods for secure document sharing in a database system. For example, a system includes at least one hardware processor and a memory. The memory stores instructions that cause the at least one hardware processor to perform operations including receiving a query for a data set from a client device. The data set is shared in a data exchange by a data provider. The operations further include retrieving a data file responsive to the query for the data set. A security function is applied to the retrieved data file to generate a modified data file. A scoped uniform resource locator (URL) associated with the modified data file is encoded for transmission to the client device. The scoped URL includes an encrypted hash with a storage location of the modified data file.
