A system and method for automatic offload in multi SIM devices. The system comprises a learning module [] to learn the SIM slot ID of the inserted desired operator, the structure alignment and field information, wherein feedback of the learnt information is provided to the network server []. A method selection module [] analyzes the structure alignment and field information for mapping unique connection methods to different devices. A WiFi configuration and connection module [] uses appropriate WiFi configuration and attempts connection to desired Service Providers enterprise Wi-Fi AP using the determined connection method.

System and method of Wi-Fi offload in multi-SIM devices

A system and method, for identification of the user equipment [] with IMS PDN connectivity issues, and proactively recovering the PDN connectivity for said user equipment is disclosed. The disclosure provides triggering the System [] initiated detach with re-attach required request, to user equipment [] by checking the current IMS PDN state of said VoLTE user equipment [] to recover the IMS PDN connectivity. The present disclosure provides a novel automatic method for maintaining IMS PDN connection providing continuous voice call connectivity and improving the overall connectivity and user experience of the wireless network.

A system and method to provide identification of the Tune Away in DSDS device, wherein identification of such Tune Away in DSDS device and mitigation of such Tune Away is done by Aperiodic CQI, Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) and Pro-Active scheduling based on periodicity and duration of Tune Away to minimize HSI degradation in DSDS devices. This disclosure provides improved throughput for network subscriptions in multi-SIM, multi-RATs wireless devices by preventing downlink scheduling in Tune Away periods and minimize radio resource wastage occurring due to DSDS UEs as well as improving HSI performance in such UEs by preventing lower layer retransmissions and conserve radio resources that are wasted in carrying those retransmissions earlier. The disclosure increases throughput performance for the data session in a DSDS device ecosystem and prevent substantial decline in average throughput experienced at DSDS UE.

System and method of resource allocation

A system and method to identify different access names for discovering and learning service provider's Wi-Fi access networks in user's premises where user may have defined a customized SSID on said Wi-Fi Access Points, for increasing the likelihood for automatic Wi-Fi offload on service provider network thus enhancing user experience to dynamically offload a user equipment [] and prevent revenue loss for the service provider by keeping the user always on its Network (either cellular or Wi-Fi). Furthermore, the method encompasses identifying of a parent service provider's user-defined Wi-Fi Access Network SSID(s), learning one or more information of connection between said SSID(s) and the UE [], categorizing said SSID(s) and allowing automated offload to a selected SSID whenever the UE [] is within its coverage.
