A system described herein may receive ledger information based on contents of a distributed ledger maintained by a first set of nodes, receive communication information associated with the first set of nodes, and establish a second set of nodes. Establishing the second set of nodes may includes providing the ledger information to the second set of nodes, providing the communication information, associated with the first set of nodes, to the second set of nodes, and maintaining information that the second set of nodes are in a first state. After establishing the second set of nodes, the system may obtain sync information from the first set of nodes, provide the sync information to the second set of nodes, and based on providing the sync information to the second set of nodes, maintain information that the second set of nodes are in a second state.

Systems and methods for migration of distributed ledger node environments

A system described herein may identify a plurality of records recorded to a blockchain, and may identify a particular record of the plurality of records that includes a particular indicator that the particular record is associated with a particular event. The particular indicator may indicate a type of off-chain event. The system may perform, based on identifying the particular record that is associated with the particular event, one or more off-chain actions associated with the particular event. The performed off-chain event may be the indicated type, out of a plurality of possible types of events to perform. The system may record, to the blockchain, an indication that the one or more off-chain actions associated with the particular event have been performed. The event may include an identifier, which the system may also record to the indication that the one or more off-chain actions have been performed.

Systems and methods for off-chain action orchestration using blockchain events

A system described herein may utilize artificial intelligence/machine learning ('AI/ML') or other suitable techniques to automatically identify blocks added to or proposed to be added to a blockchain, with conflicting and/or otherwise incompatible information, and to automatically remediate the blockchain based on the identified conflict and/or incompatibility. The model may associate different types of conflicts and/or incompatibilities with different types of remedial measures. The remedial measures may include the rejection of a proposed block, recording a new block that takes precedence or priority over a previously recorded block, or other suitable remedial measures.

Systems and methods for AI/machine learning-based blockchain validation and remediation

A system described herein may receive a proposed interaction with a distributed ledger, including a reference to a value that has been previously recorded to the distributed ledger. The system may attempt to obtain the value from an associated cache. If the value is unable to be obtained from the cache, the system may communication with an external device via a network to obtain the value. The system may execute the proposed interaction based on the obtained first value. The system may receive a finalized block based on the executed interaction, and may update the cache based on one or more values included in the finalized block.

Systems and methods for high availability distributed ledger system with caching

A method may include storing, in a block chain ledger, information associated with an agreement between a first service provider associated with a first network and a second service provider associated with a second network. The method may also include receiving, by a device, first capacity information associated with slices in the first network, storing the first capacity information in the block chain ledger and receiving a message associated with a roaming handoff for a communication session in the first network. The method may further include determining, by the device whether adequate resources are available in the second network to support the communication session and sending, to the first service provider, a message indicating that adequate resources are available in the second network to support the communication session.

Systems and methods for managing and monitoring communication sessions

A framework is provided for blockchain-based customer dispute management of wholesale telecommunications claims. A network device receives a telecommunication claim to dispute an invoice from a provider network. The provider network and a partner network that includes the network device are related through a wholesale telecommunications agreement. The network device validates the telecommunication claim based on information in a distributed ledger of the distributed consensus network. The distributed ledger includes transaction information generated by the provider network for the partner network under the wholesale telecommunications agreement. The network device adjudicates the telecommunication claim based on information in the distributed ledger and instructions in a contract and updates the distributed ledger with the adjudicated claim.
