A computer-implemented method comprising: receiving, by a computing device, prescription information for an individual identifying a medication and a condition; identifying, by the computing device, job roles impacted by the condition; identifying, by the computing device, job roles impacted by side effects of the medication; determining, by the computing device, that a working capacity of the individual is diminished by the condition or the side effects of the medication based on job roles of the individual; generating, by the computing device, mitigation instructions in response to the determining; and executing, by the computing device, the mitigation instructions.

A first signature log generated by a first processing system is received, the first signature log including a first listing of at least a recorded series of user inputs received by a computer program. The first listing of the recorded series of user inputs can be compared to at least one historical log indicating at least one historical path, each historical path including at least second listing of a series of historical user inputs that corresponds to a historical endpoint in the computer program. The at least one historical path to which the recorded series of user inputs at least partially corresponds and a deviation between the signature log and the historical log can be identified. Based on a predicted endpoint, a predicted path corresponding to the predicted endpoint can be selected, and the predicted path and the deviation between the signature log and the historical log can be output.

Mapping user actions to historical paths to determine a predicted endpoint

A method for modeling and analyzing online communications is provided. The method may include detecting at least one online conversation. The method may also include extracting a plurality of conversation elements associated with the at least one online conversation. The method may further include generating at least one conversation graph based on the extracted plurality of conversation elements. Additionally, the method may include analyzing the at least one generated conversation graph. The method may also include extracting a plurality of data associated with the at least one analyzed conversation graph. The method may further include sending the extracted plurality of data and the at least one analyzed conversation graph to one or more processing systems to present to at least one user.

Online communication modeling and analysis

A computer program product including a computer useable storage medium to store a computer readable program for communicating serviceability information according to accessibility information. The computer readable program, when executed on a computer, causes the computer to perform operations including displaying an image on a computer display. The image includes a screen shot of display content from a remote computer display. The operations further include identifying a selection indicator relative to the image of the display content from the remote computer display. The operations further include communicating accessibility context information to a user based on the location of the selection indicator relative to the image of the display content from the remote computer display. The accessibility context information includes an accessibility parameter associated with an application window depicted within the image of the display content from the remote computer display.

System, method, and apparatus for preservation of accessibility and serviceability information

Mechanisms are provided for identifying changes, within a corpus of information, to answers to questions provided within the corpus of information. A mapping of a question and a previously provided answer to the question in a question/answer data structure is generated. A transaction referencing the previously provided answer, and having an update to the previously provided answer, is received and correlated with the question/answer data structure, which is updated based on the transaction. A determination is made as to whether the strength of the mapping of the first question to the previously provided answer based on the update to the question/answer data structure has fallen equal to or below a predetermined threshold. In response to this being the case, a change to the previously provided answer is propagated throughout the corpus of information.

Monitoring a corpus for changes to previously provided answers to questions

An approach is provided for automatically ingesting additional corpus based on an interaction history that is mined to identify a question that meets specified answer deficiency criteria, and then generate a second question which is correlated to the first question by requesting additional answer information for answering the first question, where the second question is posted to a forum using a selected persona so that forum responses can be monitored and ingested as additional content in the knowledge base.

A power service receives, from one or more battery enabled mobile devices, battery usage information for one or more locations within an area. A power service identifies, from the battery usage information, one or more battery usage impact factors that are location based that consume additional battery power for the area. A power service predicts, based on the one or more battery usage impact factors for the area a predicted battery consumption factor in the area. A power service updates one or more user schedules of users with one or more events scheduled in the area with an alert identifying the predicted battery consumption factor in the area.

Optimizing scheduled charging of battery enabled devices based on a predicted battery consumption factor for an area

A power service receives one or more types of individual current usage from one or more battery enabled devices. The power service receives a user schedule of predicted usage for the one or more battery enabled devices. The power service analyzes the one or more types of current usage and the predicted usage to identify a separate recommended charging time and charging location for each of the one or more battery enabled devices. The power service updates the user schedule to specify at least one event for scheduling each separate recommended charging time and charging location for each of the one or more battery enabled devices.

Scheduling optimized charging of battery enabled devices based on power usage impact data received from multiple sources

A power service receives, from battery enabled devices, battery charging information for multiple locations, wherein the battery charging information specifies the type of power source a device is being charged from and an amount of time charged. The power service analyzes the battery charging information for the locations to identify moving charging locations that change location. The power service filters the locations to identify locations where the type of power source is a power outlet. The power service filters the locations against a security map to identify a first selection of locations that are publicly accessible and a second selection of locations that require a security authorization. The power service generates a base map of the selection of locations. The power service specifies the base map for each user based on a schedule of the user identifying predicted locations and whether each particular user has a required security authorization.

Specifying a map of available locations for recharging battery enabled devices based on a schedule of predicted locations for a user

Based on the predicted endpoint, a predicted path corresponding to the predicted endpoint in the computer program is selected and output.

A power service receives a user schedule of one or more events each specifying predicted usage and predicted location for one or more battery enabled mobile devices. The power service accesses one or more battery usage impact factors for each predicted location. The power service analyzes the predicted usage and predicted location for each of the one or more events and the one or more battery usage impact factors to predict at least one recommended charging time and charging location for each of the one or more battery enabled mobile devices. The power service updates the user schedule to specify at least one charging event for each at least one recommended charging time and charging location.

A computing device is configured to capture accessibility information for remote technical support diagnostics. The computing device includes a computer display, a data storage device, and a communication interface. The computer display displays an application window for an application program. The data storage device stores an image and corresponding accessibility context information. The image is a screen shot of display content, including the application window, on the computer display. The accessibility context information describes an accessibility parameter associated with the application window depicted within the image. The communication interface transmits the image and the associated accessibility context information to a remote user in response to a request from the remote user.

A user interface element identification system, including: a display device to display the user interface, wherein the user interface is configured to: assign at least two machine readable visual artifacts to a graphical element in the user interface; position the machine readable visual artifacts in different locations within the element, wherein the locations of the artifacts designate a metadata attribute for the element; and display the machine readable visual artifacts in the user interface on the display device.
