Disclosed are methods and apparatuses for generating simulations on the fly using large historical data and forecast data. To improve system performance, the large historical data are processed in parallel.

Systems, methods, and other embodiments associated with a monitoring process for event detection and notification transmission are described. In one embodiment, a method includes configuring a monitoring process with a matching rule used to evaluate data sources of an enterprise computing environment to determine if an event has occurred. The example method may also include executing the monitor process to identify a set of subscribers and establish a trust relationship. The example method may also include, for each subscriber, executing the monitoring process to impersonate a subscriber, execute the matching rule upon data sources accessible to the subscriber to perform a test as to whether the event has occurred, and transmit a message of the event if the event occurred.

Operations includes receiving a first data set, from a user, via a user interface; generating a first plurality of commands that are based on a plurality of actions performed by the user to submit the first data set via the user interface; executing the first plurality of commands to submit the first data set to a data repository; recording the plurality of actions performed by the user to obtain a recorded plurality of actions; receiving a second data set, from one or more devices, to be submitted to the data repository; responsive to determining that the second data set is associated with the first data set: generating a second plurality of commands that are based on the recorded plurality of actions and the second data set; executing the second plurality of commands to submit the second data set to the data repository.

Simulating a user interface to submit data received from a device

Embodiments of the invention provide systems and methods for providing and using user interfaces for search and select forms on mobile devices. According to one embodiment, providing a user interface of a search function for an application can comprise generating the user interface including a plurality of controls. Each control can be associated with a search criteria and can provide for a selection of one or more values for the associated search criteria. The user interface can be provided to a mobile device. An indication of a selection of one of the controls can then be received from the mobile device. The user interface can be updated based on the selected control being associated with either a single-select criteria or a multi-select criteria. One or more values for the search criteria associated with the selected control can then be received through the updated user interface.
